The rooms are clean & well maintained. Ac and hot water are available round the clock. Ambience of reception and lobby are very good. The complimentary breakfast served are not up to the mark and they are disappointing. As far as stay in the hotel it is worth for the money we pay

Very nice atmosphere & ambience! food taste & services awesome! we stay in 3 room with family friends (three couple) the srmt vi-we rooms are simply superb. We suggest all travels the royal park best place for kakinada visitors. Thank you

Location is easily accessible & in the heart of the city food is delicious. Hygienic. But i was not happy with the room allocated with twin bed as i had booked for single occupancy.

The stay was okay. The beds were bad. The fridge gives a sound that you will be sent to space in few seconds. They don’t have the second key which kind of irritating because every time someone in the room needs to open the door. The complimentary breakfast was horrible. Bathrooms were not hygiene. Strange and weird smell in the corridors when you enter the hotel. Not value for money. Definitely can find a better hotel for same price.

The rooms are having ac drain issues. Pols check properly while checking in. The staff changed the room immediately after the issue was projected. Rest, the stay was pleasant.
