Here for our honeymoon and was surprised to be given room upgrade to Rooftop suite! It was amazingly big and comfortable. The balcony was super huge and comes with a bathtub and a big space to chillax. Manage to catch sunrise in this suite as well. Service staff were very friendly. Just a little bit of hiccup with the Netflix access, it was handled by the technician , however later on it was not able to access again. So we gave up. Other than that, it was still an amazing first time Bali Experience for me.

We stayed at Courtyard by Marriott in Nusa Dua, Bali 4 nights, and I must say that the services provided exceeded our expectations. From the customer service representatives at the reception, housekeeping, concierge, and all staff at the Momo Restaurant did their best to make our stay very comfortable and felt welcomed. Thank you and well done to Adi and Ulan at Momo restaurant. Their friendly and welcoming attitude made we feel comfortable during our stay. We booked a king room with a swimming pool view and the room was very spacious, modern, comfortable and quiet. We were upgraded to a premium room with a spa in the room. The swimming pool is the best in this hotel. Since Courtyard by Marriott is sharing the facilities with Marriott Garden, the guests can utilise both swimming pools and restaurants at both hotels. The breakfast was excellent at Courtyard by Marriott, where there are variety of food to choose from and the quality is above average. I like the Asian section of the breakfast the most where you can get freshly cooked noodles soup. The hotel is located 10 mins walk to Bali collection where you can find plenty of restaurants, ranges from Western, Italian, Indonesian, Burmese, Chinese and Japanese cuisine. We will certainly stay at Courtyard by Marriott if we visit Bali again.

🌟 5/5 – An Unforgettable Stay at Hard Rock Bali 🌟 From the moment we arrived, every staff member greeted us with genuine smiles and kindness. Throughout our stay, I felt truly cared for — nothing was too much trouble, and the warmth of the team made the experience so special. The kids club was a lifesaver for me as a single mother — my daughter had endless fun, and I could relax knowing she was in safe, happy hands. The swimming pools were fantastic for both children and adults, with a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. I also indulged in the Rock Spa, which was a rejuvenating treat, and the gym facilities were top-notch for keeping up my fitness routine. Yes, the stay is on the pricier side, but for families — especially those with children — it’s worth every cent for the comfort, safety, and joy it brings. I left feeling recharged, grateful, and already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Hard Rock Bali, for giving me the rare gift of me time while my daughter had the time of her life!

First time experience to be in this resort rather than the hotels ever stayed. This hotel is quite old but gold. Everything here were just very fine. The staffs are so very nice, the whole service are near perfect! The hotel's room is big enough for us that travelled with infant, the bed is comfort & the bathroom is big enough with separated bathtub & shower. This hotel is tourist's favorite, with direct beach view area, three big resto, a lot of facilities & amusement centers. And mostly European tourists stayed in this hotel rather than locals. The acces to this hotel is also strategic. We were enjoy this hotel overall...

Workers are nice and walking distance to restaurants but a bit ways to the beach. There are places closer to the beach for about the same amount. They only give two towels, and they are not changed even if the room is cleaned. There's also no blow dryer.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable experience throughout. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from a beautiful, clean beach with stunning views, especially at sunrise and sunset. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished, with a comfortable bed and a balcony that offered a fantastic sea view. I appreciated the modern amenities and the cleanliness of both the room and the common areas. The hotel also offers easy access to nearby restaurants, cafes, and shops, which made exploring the area very convenient.

One of the best vacation beach hotels I experienced. Room was spacious, clean, with safety box and balcony... The swimming pool was great - sun tanning/ protection lotion provided - subject to availability 😀 The hotel was just some 100 metres to the beach, walkable distance to Beachwalk shopping mall, Waterbom, and there were many restaurants, bars, and massage around. Round the corner was the busiest district with shopping, eating, or just walking😄 What impressed me the most was, every single servicing staff was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again! ** there was a very cheap laundry shop in the hallway to the hotel. 😃

We stayed at this hotel just after covid and was not impressed. Decided to give this hotel another go and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Be sure this hotel is very family oriented. Both for young and old. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day and very well maintained with excellent aircon and hot water in the bathroom. A suitable buffet breakfast with an excellent egg station and also ask for bacon at the egg station. It's a great pool with a swim up bar and a kids playground. The gardens are always maintained. While staying in the hotel, you can't hear the hassle and bustle of Legian Street. Good value for money, but remember this is a 3 star hotel, so expect to pay 3 star prices and not expect 5 star amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for the budget traveller and will definitely stay at this hotel again and again.

An excellent location for those who want to relax on the beach surrounded by other tourists. The Beach is nice , the pool too. The hotel is quite old and this shows. I’m n the room the decor is dark, and old fashioned. The toilet especially shows its age. But! If you can look past that, it’s a great value resort. For meals , you can always go to the neighboring resorts. There are a few of them.

During our stay, my child fell ill (digestive issue) and I was deeply grateful for the exceptional assistance provided by the receptionist and Service Express staff, particularly Safitri. She consistently followed up on my child's well-being, showing genuine care and attentiveness (from doctor recommendation, daily follow up, to complimentary plain porridge suited to my child's needs). The journey to bobocabin kintamani was beautiful. I arrived and the check in process was quick and easy. You are quite isolated in the hills so the app is super helpful. I ordered amazing food, and they have many options to make the most out of your stay. Transportation, fire pits, sunrise hikes, board games, etc.. the coolest features were in the room, the mood lighting + ability to blur out the window or use a physical curtain. Will definitely be back!

It was very good. I stayed at the Bay View. The room was a little big even for one person. There is only one hot spring, but if you change the time you can have it all to yourself. The water is lukewarm, so you can stay in it as long as you like. The facilities are a little old, but it's great for enjoying rural Bali. Breakfast is a la carte, but they will accommodate you to a certain extent. The staff are simple and nice. There is no TV in the room, but the water pressure and quantity of the shower are sufficient. The minibar sometimes doesn't cool, so be careful, and they will replace it if you ask. Menjagan is in the countryside, but I think it's good there. Make sure you have a means of transportation during your stay. I think walking is difficult.

Nostalgia. This hotel brings me back to When I was a kid in the 90s. I sat by the pool and imagined all the things that happened there 33 years ago. Red corvette blasting on the speaker while my parents drank at the swim up bar and my brother threw all my underwear over the balcony just to a an A hole. Young couples meeting for the first time - middle class teens having their first pina colada. What a trip!!! I suspect this was a vibrant party hotel at some point. Overall the balcony was really nice. I very much enjoyed the view and and the sound of the crashing waves. Bed is comfy. Room is very dated. Woke up to a cockroach in the bathroom. The food is mediocre. I did love that they provided Dove products since my skin is sensitive. The beach is very quiet but full of trash and also kind of creepy. The staff are very nice as expected in Bali. The pool was nice but full of kids. Very kid friendly! if that is what you need. If you are single and seeking peace…look elsewhere.

I loved Kuta Beach Hotel… we initially stayed around the corner in an expensive hotel but when I decided to stay an extra week this hotel was perfect. The staff at reception and the lovely lady at the downstairs bar were lovely. It has a great pool upstairs with views of ocean which was a 1 minute walk from hotel. If I had to comment on anything, and this is just personal taste, I did not enjoy the breakfast buffet as it was predominantly Asian cuisine which is expected because I was in Bali, but I do like bacon, even beef bacon if they don’t serve pork bacon, when I’m on holiday. Other than that, I give this hidden gem 5 stars!

You can only get here by bike or taxi, there is no entertainment in the hotel itself, only for a couple of nights, I would not recommend taking it for many days! There is nowhere to walk around the territory, although according to the description and reviews it seems that there is) The building itself is a little outdated, the room seems clean, but there is a smell of dampness, I was stuffy and uncomfortable sleeping there! At 6 or 7 p.m the staff wanted to break into our room with cleaning, and the staff opened the door while we were in the room, it is very strange! In the evening the monkeys come, close the balcony, we liked them, no complaints) The coolest thing is the hotel restaurant, the view and staff are 100% perfect!

Perfect three night stay, opted for club level and we were whisked to the club lounge for check in. After a long flight(s) the warm welcome was much appreciated. The whole team were super friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and beautifully decorated/furnished. The only downside was a smell of damp. The club room was fantastic and we enjoyed breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails and canapés there. The club pool service was also fabulous (soft drinks included all day) and we had cocktails and canapés by the pool one night. Yasa, our personal butler (!) during the stay was super helpful. He organised a car for us to visit Uluwatu and GMK national park for us. We loved Sunset Beach bar and also Ko the Japanese restaurant. Gym was good, we also played tennis which was pretty expensive for a poorly maintained court (included rackets and balls though). Fabulous stay and would definitely recommend and return

Windy lobby. Nice and relaxing hotel. The balinese restaurant was great and staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast restaurant was bad. Limited choices of food and most of it leave it cold. Noodle sections were bad. The noodles texture is disappointing. The hostess is doing her own thing most of the time. No greeting or thank you when u come and leave. Staff communication level and understanding are poor. The receptionist and the rest were great. Let the front staff at reception know all they said was ‘we’ll take on your feedback’.  Not worth value for money. Nearly $800 for 2 nights. Breathtaking views, curious monkeys, Balinese architecture and culture. I visited the temple on a whim after a spa session at The Istana but it definitely would be worth the trip down to Uluwatu to visit on its own as well. Be aware of branches hanging above your head if you’re relatively tall. Sneaky monkeys will hang out up there and may steal your hat or sunglasses off your head.
