Namun, beberapa masalah berdampak signifikan pada masa menginap kami. Meskipun kami senang karena ditawarkan peningkatan kamar, pelaksanaannya bermasalah. Awalnya kami ditempatkan di kamar yang ditingkatkan kamarnya selama satu malam sebelum diberitahu bahwa kami harus pindah, yang mengindikasikan kemungkinan pemesanan berlebih selama periode Tahun Baru. Kamar kedua yang ditingkatkan kamarnya memiliki masalah perpipaan yang serius - bak mandinya tidak berfungsi dengan baik dan kamar mandinya akan banjir bahkan saat mandi dengan pancuran biasa.
