Hotel dengan Kolam Renang di Kunming

Hotel very new, big & clean. All the staff there were helpful & friendly. They even remind us to take care ourselves as the weather is quite cold on morning & night. Facilities are new and convenient. Hotel nearby got restaurant,coffee & 7-eleven. 酒店很新和干净，空间很大。柜台和打扫的职员都很亲切友善。第一天到达时，柜台职员还帮我们打电话解决包裹问题, 碰上的职员都会提醒我们早晚温差很大，要多注意保暖。我们退房时，职员Kit高效处理，还附送了几包鲜花饼伴手礼。房间设施都非常新，吹风机是Dyson牌子，马桶是智能型的。

The room is awesome and everything is well thought out except there is no bidet. The staff Ryan was very helpful and assisted us with many things like transport and even provided us with zip lock bags. His service was outstanding. Breakfast was good too.. they have free washing machine and dryer and their staff will even assist to help you fold. Will return again to stay.

The hotel is near to eateries and walking distance to the famous old street. Can see that there are many tourists and business travellers staying in this hotel. Unfortunately, did not try their breakfast as there are local choices nearby.

The room is super big despite its price. Concierge is helpful in sending parcel and storing luggages. I book the hotel twice, on my first day and last day in Kunming. For the rest of the trip, I am in Lijiang. The hotel helpfully keeps all my luggages throughout my trip. The location is really good, only 5-10mins walk to Kunming train station.

The staff as always have gone above and beyond our expectations with their amazing service and care for our young family. We have been coming for over 10 years and have been impressed how the staff are improving their customers experience every year!

Staffs are all super friendly and helpful! Location is not the best for tourist as will need to take cabs moving around places. Room is very clean. Unfortunately, I think is not the hotel’s fault but generally is smoking areas everywhere from dinning area, lobby areas, hotel’s floor.

Stayed there for 2 nights, great hotel with clean rooms and a very good breakfast. The service is excellent and we were provided with really useful tips and advice regarding our stay in Kunming. Will go there again if I ever come back in Kunming !

Nice resort look. Room had a breezy balcony, no AC was needed in early September, day or night. Short walk to the Dianchi lake. Bus station is across the road with access to many busses. Take bus 44, 2 stations to Subway Yuhucun station and line 5 (about 1 mile from the hotel), Rent a bike (70 Yuan/day), Beautiful ride doing the north loop of the lake, about 20 Km 2 hours, most of the path is wide, dedicated bike trail, only the last 2/3 Km is a bit tricky (going CCW) Just outside the hotel people are selling tickets to the Xishan, West Hill top (bus and cable car ride for 90 Yuan/person, about a half-day trip) Ms Moon with ctrip at the front desk was very helpful.

Jiaye Hotel is certainly a hidden gem, nice quiet location, close enough to major attractions, mostly either within walking distance or within 20 yuan on taxi. The personal butler system is amazing, there is always someone there for us. We booked for 2 nights, got upgraded to a room with balcony. Everyone is so friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them, really feels like a home away from home. The first night we arrived, we had to do some washing, free dinner and a big clothes rack was delivered to our room, they deserve more than 5 stars. Breakfast variety is good. We had a pleasant stay in Kunming.

On Sunday morning, I woke up naturally to the crisp singing of birds. I opened the curtains and the sun filled the room. It was another beautiful day. When I came to the breakfast area of ​​the hotel, the rich and diverse meals were dazzling. Western bread and ham with fresh fruits, Chinese rice noodles and porridge were all available to meet different tastes. Sitting by the window, while enjoying the delicious breakfast, I admired the scenery outside the window, which put a warm end to this weekend trip. The two-day trip to Kunming Songpin Hotel was a luxurious baptism of body and mind. Here, every moment is properly taken care of, and every detail shows quality and style. Although I have embarked on the journey home, the good memories of Songpin Hotel, like the warm sunshine of Spring City, will remain in my heart for a long time, looking forward to the next reunion.
