"Overall great stay and good location. I got a free upgrade from the tatami room I booked which was excellent. Reception was also super helpful with my enquiries and needs. Only one small negative was my room still had the smoke smell from previous occupant. Other than that, all good."

TTamuWanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

TTamuThe hotel is about 10km away from the city center. It’s located right across the road from the Dianchi Lake and very close (within walking distance) to major tourist attractions in Kunming. This is a relatively small hotel with an elegant and relaxing ambiance. Rooms are beautifully furnished and very spacious. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of delicious options. The hotel restaurant offers an extensive menu for lunch and dinner and is open nonstop till late hours in the evening. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. In fact, we ate at the hotel restaurant all the time during our three-day visit in Kunming. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place, especially for leisure travelers who want to stay in a quiet area and be close to tourist attractions.

TTamuWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their kindness and great service. We arrived very late after midnight, but the staff kindly waited for us and even walked out to welcome us when we arrived. We were quite hungry at that time, and the staff thoughtfully helped us by providing hot water for our cup noodles and even bringing it up to our room. It was such a small but very touching gesture that we truly appreciated. Communication was never a problem because the staff tried their best to use translation apps to communicate with us. Their effort and friendliness made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Everyone at the hotel was lovely. The chef who prepared our breakfast was also very kind, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is also in a great location where many things are within walking distance, which made it very convenient to explore the area. Thank you again to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.
