TTamuWanted a special place for some relaxing time together. Do not want to try the usual hotel in the city. After going through the photos, decided to give it a try. And voila….. absolutely no regrets choosing this hotel. The service provided was top notch, the staff are friendly, courteous and prompt. Housekeeping staff always clean up the villa to a level which I had no way to complain. Always willing to go the extra miles in providing personal services to the guests. The Villa I booked had a private hot spring and a huge garden which had the best view in my opinion. Every evening, we are able to watch the sunset in our private garden. It was really out of this world, couples must definitely try it. Everyday the hotel will provide a fruit basket and top up the bar counter with drinks and snacks at no costs. The ever-friendly staff (Miss Lee) even told me to let her know if there are any fruits I would like, she would arrange to fill it up in the fruit basket. She even check with me a few times if there are anything she could do to improve the stay with the hotel. Kudos to the management team for instilling this high service standard. Miss Lee even contacted me after I check out to ask for my feedback. Keep up the wonderful work. I will definitely be back. For this trip is filled with so much wonderful memories. Thanks to the team.

TTamuThe hotel was newly opened in 2025. The hotel lift reaches every floor, room was good sized, very clean and hygienic with good amenities. The room condition dose matches the description as you can see on the hotel website. We stayed in the hotel for a few days and were very impressed with the level of service. Owners were friendly and helpful . Hotel is right in the middle of the prime shopping and eating district , just on the top of the subway station line 6 from airport line 30 mins) . Foods, supermarket and shopping just downstairs. There is good viewing from the apartment . I also requested late check out and it was granted this time (due to my flight was 21:30), the owner is so helpful and understanding . Owner's response is prompt when you contact him. I thoroughly recommend this hotel for those visiting Kunming City , Yunnan China.

TTamuStayed at this hostel twice! This time I needed to mail a key card I forgot to return to my previous hostel. The hosts at Elegant were super nice and mailed the key card for me that day for just 12 yuan. The place is clean and will only be improved over time. Great wifi and hot showers. Bathrooms can be a little stinky and while the location is great for the train station, it's a bit far from some of Kunming's main attractions.
