The views over the water are stunning and create a very relaxing feeling throughout the stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. Just nearby there is a small bay with a unique, quiet beach and incredibly clear water- a real hidden gem. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We would definitely love to come back."

"First off, don’t go to this hotel for the next month, it’s a construction site undergoing massive renovations. Construction noise all day, can’t stay in the room, can’t sit by the pool. Trip omitted mentioning this when I booked it! Hotel staff are mostly nice except for the sour woman in charge whose job it is to fob you off when you complain about the noise. All the other staff look embarrassed by her. Hotel won’t book you a taxi pickup so you have to run the gauntlet of the Taxi cartel at the port. Also can’t get a Bolt or Grab for same reason. Hotel Breakfast is mediocre, room has no telephone so have to walk to reception for everything. On the whole the hotel might be nice once the work has finished, but right now it’s a disaster so don’t go. There are 50 other better hotels to stay at in Koh Phagnan that are not construction sites"

"A really nice mid range resort. Size of rooms are massive and well kept and clean. Service was extremely lovely from reception to restaurant. Happy hour by the pool is great. The driveway from the main road to the building is poorly kept. It’s most comfortable to have a motorcycle for it. Reception organised a motorcycle for us and taxis to the pier. This is not extreme luxury but it is still a lovely stay."

The cleaning it was not good, the bathroom was perfect but the sheets had yellow stains we asked to switch it and seems the rooms are located in the sand if you have problems with bugs that can be a problem! The view from the pool was amazing and you have the see right in front of you!"

"Not recommend for travellers with mobility issue. Be prepared to climb lots of steps within the hotel. View is nice and the small beach too. Excellent for snorkeling. Breakfast is boring. The floor of the room is not clean, we put the 'clean room' sign and it was not clean even late in the afternoon, so we ended up just getting the new towel. It would be nice to have free shuttle for hours after 4pm."

"It's a lovely hotel, great location and very helpful staff. We paid extra for a villa, but sadly right behind there was construction even moving materials by crane over the villa. "We have just had the most lovely 2 night stay at this place. AD, Sam and Pla took care of our every need and we had beautiful breakfasts both mornings and they helped us plan our day. Special shout out though for Jo Joe, who played so well with our 5 year old and made her feel so super special on her 5th birthday celebrations! Also the fireshow the Friday night we stayed was really spectacular, over the pool as we ate dinner."

"Beautiful pool with warm water. Large and welcoming room. Nice room service for breakfast and the possibility of ordering meals in the room at any time. Excellent restaurant. The location is good for distance from the port but there is nothing in the area, you need to have a means of transport. The property does not have a beach and the sea nearby was not suitable for swimming and at low tide, beautiful only for walks and photos at sunset. The hotel does not have common areas, it is only designed to share the pool, for the rest you only stay in your own villa. The pool is always open at all hours with families with many small children at all hours. Little privacy. The bathroom too small with no space to put things. We had to ask twice for towels for the whole family as they seemed to often forget to replenish them. In any case every request was immediately fulfilled without problems. The air conditioning was difficult to regulate, very noisy and gave off a bad smell that only after two days I got used to."
