Hotel di Xiaoximen, Kunming

What a gem! Loved this hotel, the style and attention to detail are fantastic. It is tucked away from the road so there is no horrible traffic noise. Comfortable bed, projector instead of TV and a beautiful bath tub. We only had breakfast once, we were late so given toast, eggs and coffee which was appreciated. Staff were very quiet but also helpful and polite.

The location is a little hard to find. If the hotel posts the picture of the building and floor, it will be much better. The room is big and located on the high floor. The building has 4 elevators so it is very convenient. The location is superb, very close to metro.

We stayed at the Kunming Manyan-V hotel (near the municipal gymnasium) for five nights in November 2024. We had both positive and negative experiences with the hotell. Positives: The hotel is close to the metro station; easy to get around the city. Breakfast at the hotel offers a good variety of choices from Chinese to Western. Ms. Yang from the dining room was friendly and attentive. She made sure that guests were comfortable and had what they needed to enjoy their breakfast. Thank you! Also, Miss Zhang from the reception was prompt in her response to our concerns from the first night of stay. She provided an alternative room the next day. It made a big difference to our stay! Many thanks! Daily housekeeping is timely with attention to details. Job well done. Negatives: the hotel is refurbished from an old building. The hotel underwent some renovations but overall, the facility is ”tired”. Regardless the ”no smoking” signs, the smell of smoking can be picked up in most places (front lobby, cafe area, elevators, and the common space on some floors.) The odour of public washroom is obvious near the first floor elevators. Overall, the hotel is okay if you are looking for budget accomodation. If you are sensitive to odours (smoke, public washroom) or do not care for an old facility, this may not be a first choice.

Die Unterkunft ist ganz gut gelegen für den Preis. Die nächste Metro ist nahe und es gibt eine Mall in der Nähe. Die Zimmer sind OK, wir hatten ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht aber das erste Zimmer stank nach kaltem Rauch. Im zweiten quietschte dann das Bett. Ansonsten ist es aber ein normales Hotel mit allem was gebraucht wird.

酒店設備非常新，裝修很商務風，簡單清爽 衞生很乾凈，沒有任何異味，一塵不染，連窗台都擦了。 周圍的生活配套特別齊全，沃爾瑪，葯房，美食，水果店，都離得近，頂多衹有600米左右。 前台幾個姐姐服務態度很好，積極辦理入住，有需要及時幫忙。 淋浴間和廁所乾濕分離， 做清潔的阿姨非常細心，做衞生做得很好，我們出門的時候，剛好碰到清潔阿姨，她們看到我們一行人有五個，我們晚上回酒店的時候，就放了五瓶水。為細心的阿姨點贊

這家酒店真的應了“麻雀雖小五臟俱全”！空間不大但佈局超巧，卧室温馨，衞浴乾淨，冰箱洗衣機 投影齊全。房東很貼心，馬桶墊 護髮素都有。地段也好，步行到地鐵站衹要幾分鐘，周邊小吃店超多。住得舒服又方便，性價比絕了，下次還會考慮來的。

入住體驗很棒~ 我是一個睡眠很淺的人，住在這家酒店我睡的很舒服和踏實，房間隔音很好 也很安靜，房間衞生各方面也非常乾淨，周邊出行超方便 ，吃的東西也非常多，最主要是管家也很熱情，有什麼問題打電話給她，都很快的幫我解決，非常滿意！必須給好評！！
