Layanan resepsionis sangat membantu dan ramah. Sarapannya juga enak. Layanan laundry dan gym gratis. Banyak tempat makan di dekatnya. Pasti akan mencari label ini di kota lain jika tersedia.

My most enjoyable staying experience in Kun Ming. Had a restful sleep, beautiful view from level 28, huge room for my family, clean rooms, water heater is available, lots of wall plugs for charging mobile phones, receptionists are available and attentive to all our needs, right outside the hotel there are roadside stores to get a taste of local breakfast. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable experience and return to this place if and when I do visit Kun Ming again.

Great location, near the shopping centre, subway, many food, outlets. Friendly staff, beautiful view from the 35th floor. - As for this room category, this time it was bad. There was a strong smell of cigarettes and dampness in the room. Furniture needs dry cleaning, it is impossible to sit on the chair because it was dirty. In the bathroom, the water from the shower is spreading on the floor, the drain does not work properly. Some towels were stained. There were cigarette butts in the bathroom in the flowerpot. The bed linen was clean. I like this place, but such details cause inconvenience and a bad experience. I hope it's easy to fix.
