Sanur Bali|7.01km from city center
One of our favorite hotels to stay in Sanur. Excellent location along the beach, sprawling grounds with multiple pools, well landscaped gardens, multiple restaurants and dining options. Bamboo Beach Bar is a great hangout overlooking the ocean. It’s an older hotel but makes up for it with friendly staff, excellent service, great breakfast buffet and cleanliness. We look out for the occasional good deals on the Trip.com app to get up to 30-40% discount!

Amazing Hotel!!! The staff goes above and beyond; Ruth was especially a stand out with knowing my name over the 4 days I stayed there. The breakfast is A+ with so many fresh options. They take pride in keeping the hotel clean & have many restaurants close by with some hotel discount options. I loved the well-organized spa. It’s close to the airport. I’ve already re-booked 2 more visits. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s also very easy & secure to change money at the front desk.

We’ve stayed in many resorts and hotels across Bali, but the Renaissance stands out as a place we’ll definitely return to! The service is simply exceptional, and the warmth and genuine friendliness of the staff make you feel like you’re among friends. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable, and the reception/helpdesk is incredibly helpful, handling all our requests with ease and professionalism. Special thanks to Jul, the amazing pottery instructor, and Gunk, the wonderful yoga teacher. Their expertise, friendliness, and dedication made our stay even more unforgettable. The experiences they created were unique and meaningful, leaving us with cherished memories. We cannot wait to come back to Renaissance Uluwatu! My stay at The Kenran in Ubud was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel at home. The reception team was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process and always ready to assist with any requests. The restaurant staff were equally outstanding, providing impeccable service with genuine hospitality. Every meal was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, making dining a truly enjoyable experience. The room itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. But the highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view—waking up to the lush greenery and serene surroundings was an unforgettable experience. This hotel is perfect for stay. The location is very strategic, lots of restaurants and stores around the hotel. Very close to the beach, you can just walk there for 10 mins and you’re there. The room ia very spacious and clean. The service is awesome! The staff are very friendly and very helpful. And the price ia actually pretty cheap for what you get. Totally worth it. The only downside is there’s no outlet for charging your phone or laptop next to your bed. But there are some around the TV in front of the bed. Breakfast is delicious, many options. The amenities are good, all there, but no slippers. I had a great experience here 👍🏼

Jimbaran Bali|17.36km from city center
The location is far from the main city and very deserted. 25 minutes to the airport, which is good. Very quiet area with nothing to buy e.g. supermarket in walking distance. It can be depressing at times due to the location being very dark and quiet. The villa required cosmetic upgrades in the pool and washroom. AC upstairs was a concern and despite asking for help, it wasn't as expected. The staff and security guards were very friendly and helpful. The staff are the reception were very courteous but couldn't provide an extra bedsheet, for which we had to ask for an additional bed for IDR 500k per night. This was surprising. The housekeeping service was good. The food choices were fine and the restaurant staff was helpful. Kids enjoyed the foam party at the pool. SPA was good. Hard to get a taxi/Grab at times but managed it. Scooty rental was only for 1 day and had nothing to be offered at an hourly rate. Dinner choices were ok. Electricity went out an hour before we checked out with no phone working.

Location is so good, walking distance to shops, beauty salons, restaurants, convenience stores, money exchangers, on the same street as Waterbom (would be less than a 10min walk). We are 2adults and 3kids, spacious rooms but only stayed overnight.. breakfast was great, had a DIY egg boiler and a chef to order your way egg stations. Checked out early to do an activity in between checking in to our next accommodation but staff kept our luggage safe while we were out.. Thanks for having us!

If you’re looking to immerse yourself in the jungle while still enjoying modern comforts, Askari Resort is an excellent choice. The resort seamlessly blends into the natural jungle terrain, creating a serene and immersive experience. Our private pool villa with a riverside view was absolutely stunning, waking up to the sights and sounds of the flowing river and lush greenery was unforgettable. The panoramic view from the reception level was breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of the resort. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service from our personal assistant, Ms. Ayu Diah. She was incredibly attentive, hospitable, and always responsive, even beyond working hours, ensuring that all our needs were met. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, leaving us spoilt for choice. Additionally, for those looking to explore beyond the resort, there are beautiful rice fields nearby where you can experience the local agrarian culture. The resort is conveniently located within a short distance of rice terraces, waterfalls, temples, local restaurants, and charming villages, making it a perfect base for exploration. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly immersive and luxurious jungle retreat!

Great service and breakfast. Love the staff. Very peaceful and forest-like. The only small complaint is not about the hotel so much. It's location is a bit far and there was a ceremony so our taxi couldn't reach it so we had to walk in the rain. Oh, and the room smells wet, but I guess it's for every hotel there. Otherwise it was perfect.

All of the pools are excellent. There's a private hot spring inside my villa but the public hot spring also worth trying with fantastic view and surrounding.
