Green Garden Resort - Smart Hotel

Nice, calm country side area, need a (expensive) taxi to get to Venice lagoon. Apartment was nice, clean and spacious. Good for families and sport groups and for people that seek peace and quiet. Pool area was great but open only until 7pm. If you spent a day in the lagoon you didnt have a chance to swim. Breakfast was poor and not fresh. Friendly staff.

We booked this last minute because we wanted an extra day near Venice. The free parking was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. It provides many sporting facilities such as tennis courts and swimming pools. There are many shops nearby (just a car ride away).

Just a great hotel. With excellent service. Clean, cozy, very tasty food in the hotel restaurant!! Venice is 20 minutes by car from the hotel, but it is even better. The hotel is suitable for both couples and families with children. Lots of activities

We were looking for a mix of pool and relaxation and sightseeing in Venice and this hotel was perfect for just that! A taxi takes about 15-20mins into the centre of Venice (40 euro there with a private taxi and around 30 euro back with a public taxi) even with The taxi it was still LOADS cheaper and nicer than staying in Venice. The pool and sports facilities are part of a country club that the hotel is attached too. Fantastic clean pool and sun bed area - with a small cafe. The restaurant onsite at the hotel was very nice but a little pricey and not many veggie options but was fine for us as we had dinner in Venice each night, but seems most of the hotel guests did eat in the restaurants and seemed to enjoy their meals. Breakfast is served in the same restaurant, a decent breakfast, nothing that particularly stood out but simple enough. Fresh fruit and more pastries would be good but we were satisfied with it. The hotel is very clean and set in a beautiful quiet , green setting away from all the hustle and bustle. David at reception was Very helpful and went out of his way to help with whatever was needed. The only comments I wld say that the hotel could improve upon is providing free towels for use at the pool (currently have to pay extra for that) and for reception to be manned in the evening when guests and coming and going. There is someone only at the desk till 6/7pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and was a perfect tranquil oasis before/ after returning from touring Venice.

Visitant Venise nous avons loge au green garden, accueil sympa en Français svp, les chambres sont belles mais manque de gaieté mobilier neuf, climatisation qui fait du bruit, et odeur de renfermer dans la chambre, petit déjeuner moyen par rapport à notre hôtel précédent qui reste dans la moyenne de tous les hôtels que nous avons avons connu en Italie, bon conseil donné à l accueil et réservation de taxi pour Venise. Piscine sympa à partager avec des personnes de l extérieure, bon point de départ pour visiter Venise

Hotel molto bello, parcheggio gratuito , possibilità di usufruire della piscina coperta, ristorante ottimo colazione anche molto buona e c'è la fermata del bus proprio fuori l hotel (n.10 assaggiano /Marzabotto) che arriva proprio alla stazione di Mestre. Consiglio però ed e' per questo che do 3 stelle di avere un po' più di attenzione al cliente. Arriviamo e ci dicono che dato che il check-in e' dalle 15.00 e noi torniamo più tardi, ci lasciano la chiave sul banco reception perché dopo le 16 non c'è nessuno! Vabbè ... Chiediamo per la piscina e ci viene risposto che gli orari sono scritti li davanti a me, va bene anche questo ma almeno che so ... Spiegarci che per andare in piscina bisogna uscire fuori e attraversare i campi da tennis , questo lo dico xké siamo scesi con accappatoio dalla camera perché non sapevamo che dovessimo uscire fuori , inoltre nessuno ci ha saputo spiegare dove esattamente era! Altra piccola attenzione .. non sapevamo che il ristorante fosse di altra gestione (tra l' altro ottima) , chiamiamo per chiedere se era possibile ancora mangiare e ... Ci dicono di chiamare il ristorante (che cmq senza problemi ci ha aspettato). Per il resto ha tutti i confort ed e' molto pulito , lo consiglierei come anche a voi di migliorare su questo punto.
