Nama hotel tidak diperbarui di trip.com. Namanya diubah dan menyesatkan, sehingga saya mengalami keterlambatan check in ke hotel. Kamar yang saya pesan online sudah penuh. Resepsionis menyarankan untuk melakukan upgrade tetapi malah dikenai biaya tambahan!?! Setelah mempertahankan posisi saya, dengan berat hati saya menyerah dan memberi saya upgrade gratis. Proses check in tidak lancar. Setelah mengatakan semua ini, kamarnya oke dengan anggaran yang dibayarkan. AC-nya dingin. Pilihan TV-nya banyak. Kamar mandinya ada beberapa helai rambut. Kesetnya ada noda hitam. Itulah ulasan saya.
