Zaffar group of house boats provides really good experience. The ambience was nice. The place was neat and tidy. Mr Adil provided excellent service. Food options are limited but taste was too good. Really loved this place. Please plan atleast 2 days of stay here. It totally worth money.

We stayed at 1 night in this houseboat, experience was worth of it. The location, view, houseboat interior was a very good experience. Food was amazing. Best food we had in our Kashmir stay. The hospitality of Adil was commendable, he was taking care of each and every thing. I would recommend this houseboat stay to family and friends. Thank you.

The rooms are very nice , very elegant and the food is excellent as well. The staff are very helpful especially Wasim. Washrooms are clean , the decors are very nice and the view from terrace is also very beautiful. The beds are clean and the staff always help in whatever way they can.

Amazing stay at the Zafer group of houseboats.one of the best houseboats we have been in entire world.welcoming and warm hospitality.Treated like a king.Food quality and taste was excellent.over all experience 5 stars. Mr Waseem was very welcoming and Co operative.He made our stay extra pleasant.

We are a family of 5 and booked two rooms. From check-in to check-out, the experience was exquisite. We were welcomed by Waseem with kahra and a big smile. The room was comfortable and decorated with traditional wooden craft works. The houseboat has a balcony and terrace. The bathrooms were provided with running hot water and it was clean. Food was served in a buffet. The items were simple but delicious. Overall very good experience.

We stayed here in March and I must say it was one of the best experiences of our lives. The houseboat was of premium quality, the food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. The boat is located on Nikki Lake, which is incredibly beautiful, and the mountain view from the balcony was breathtaking.

Extremely unique stay, super royal & out of the world… such peaceful ambience and surroundings… calmness of the Nigeen lake is biwitching… very helpful staff and the food is so homely. Staying in boathouse should definitely be in bucket list when in Srinagar and I recommend Zaffar boathouse.

Great experience. You will like it if you love sitting next to a calm lake for hours. It is a beautiful experience and brings serenity to the mind. The boat guys should upgrade the boat though as I felt that they are pretty old. The caretakers are fine and helpful

One of our best stays! The view of the lake and mountains from the houseboat was magnificent and breathtaking. Food by the chef was amazing and delicious. Good hospitality and service by our boatkeeper Adil. Would recommend people here. Thank you!
