    Taman bermain ini tidak terlalu besar dibandingkan dengan taman bermain di dalam negeri, tetapi tidak terlalu ramai dengan pengunjung, sehingga tidak akan sepadat antrian di dalam negeri, dan beberapa wahana tidak memerlukan antrian. Terdapat juga wahana pendakian yang serupa yang belum kami coba. Alasannya adalah bahwa seluruh keluarga kami tidak diizinkan masuk jika mengenakan sandal. Kami harus mengenakan sepatu seperti sepatu olahraga. Namun, selain itu semuanya baik-baik saja. Harga-harga di taman bermain ini juga tidak terlalu mahal. Terjangkau.

The room itself is not that bad. But we found so many issues. 1. Bed side light is broken 2. Ordered in room dining service but it take almost 1 hour and a half for the food to arrive. 3. Huge issues with the toilet. The shower cubicle door was stuck by the time we arrived & we had to wait for the maintenance guy to fix. 4. The toilet bowl flush was broken. After the maintenance guy fixed the flush, the toilet bowl kept emitting annoying sound for the whole night! We beared with it as we only stayed for 1 night. 5. The hotel condition seems to be quite old. There were some holes on the toilet wall. Will never come back here again.

I enjoyed the idli and coconut churney so delicious. The half boiled eggs was perfectly cooked. All the pastries was delicious. This time I noticed they serve fresh honeycombe abd yup I didnt know there are chines breakfast section at another side of the restaurant. So I tried everything bit by bit and really happy with the delicious foods. Really worth to book hotel with breakfast this time yeahh happy tummy 😝😝 Strategically located on top of Intermark Mall making itvreally convenient for guest to shop and find foods downstairs. The LRT and MRT station just stone thrown away what else you could ask from a perfect Hotel like this? Perfect for organizing events and business trips too. why sho cute? 😂Always keep my favourite onions away and staring me taking. After I took staff keep it behind. 😂 This was my second stay and I was assigned a room on the first floor. I was initially worried it might be noisy, but fortunately, it wasn’t – great! However, the water pressure was weaker than last time, and the room type was smaller with no sofa. As a guest, paying the same price but not receiving the same standard does feel slightly unfair. But for the bedding, I have to say it was absolutely amazing! The most comfortable ever! Had a one night stay with my family at Dorsett on may 2025. In terms of service, i would like to give a credit to Encik Agil at the reception. Very thorough and thoughtful, easy to discuss with and patient with us. Room : beautiful executive suite with comfortable bed, pillow and sofa. Bathroom is exquisite. Pool: my kids enjoyed the swimming pool..clean and well maintained. Gym is okay, my husband said it is well equipped for short stay. Kids room need to loan the toys from counter, otherwise the room alone is nice, clean. My kids enjoy running. Breakfast spread is adequate (expected from a 4 star hotel) and delicious but the pastries bit cold, wish to have freshly baked pastries. Checkout was fast. Parking at valet for rm20 only. Lobby is beautiful but bit small. I had a wonderful overall stay..thank you again especially to Agil from the counter.

Check-in: The check-in process was somewhat frustrating, as it was strictly not allowed before 3 PM. We arrived early, only to be told we had to leave and return later. Even after coming back at the designated time, we stood in line for 10 minutes before being informed that our room was still not ready, requiring an additional 15-minute wait. Room & Comfort: We booked a king bed room, which was spacious and the bed was comfortable, making for a good night’s sleep. However, the bathroom water wasn’t consistently hot, as it turned cold after a few minutes of showering. Additionally, a chair in the room would have been a great addition for extra convenience. There was also a noticeable smell from the toilet, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. Facilities & Amenities: The hotel features a rooftop pool in tower A( we stayed in tower B), which is available for an extra fee. Despite this, the view from the pool area was fantastic, making it a worthwhile experience. A washing machine was available, which was a great convenience for longer stays. However, the TV sound quality was quite low, which made it difficult to enjoy entertainment. Overall, while “Expressionz Professional Suites By MyKey Global” offers a comfortable stay, some aspects—such as check-in delays, shower temperature, and room maintenance—could be improved for a smoother guest experience. Despite these issues, the spacious room, washing machine, comfortable bed and rooftop view were positive highlights. Would I consider staying again? Maybe, but only if a few adjustments are made!

Everytime wash hand, my clothes wet. Bath tub forever cannot fill up. I sit inside the tub for 1 hr, water level can't even cover my legs. Shower head water pressure very low. Hot water system bad. More than 15mins also water not hot. 😠 But on the check out morning suddenly the shower head water pressure nice and hot🥺 The room comes with buffet breakfast. Why restrict all your guest to be a vegetarian? What is the meaning of buffet? Overall my experience is bad. I definitely will not come back again. For your info, my friend staying in a 2 bedroom suite. The 2 wooden chairs in the suite have a loosely hanging leg. The hotel still did not remove it. Lucky we notice. Otherwise if old ppl sit on it and fall down, how? Is the hotel going to be responsible? Is a MUST for the hotel to REFURBISH.

Without a doubt, I'm gonna claim that this hotel is epic! I've chosen Dorsett Hotel because it's closest distance from Bukit Bintang especially Pavilion Mall. Although it's an old hotel but the facilities was very good. Welcomed with a nice staff, very smooth & fast checked in. Continued with the hotel room I've got, surprisingly great. The room is very spacious especially for those whose travelling with kid. I've got the 19th floor room & the view in my hotel room was quite nice. My daughter really love & enjoy the hotel room. Yet the bathroom was very clean, bright & fully renovated. This hotel doesn't provide the everyday's mineral water but it has a drinking filtered water system that's normally had by the five stars hotels. For the restaurant, I can say it's quite old, a little bit dark. I think it's much more better when the hotel change the lighting to be more brighter & modern look. The breakfast menus are not many but all fresh, delicious & served very well especially for the beverage, the authentic milk tea is a must have item everyday, served hot & you can drink as much as you want. Overall, really love this hotel & I will stay in this hotel again when visiting KL again. Highly recommended!

The ventilation in the room does not turn off (air conditioning - yes, ventilation - no) and in the room you will be unbearably cold if you are sick.
