Hotel Sultan Residency ★★★★

📍 Bridge, Hazratbal Rd, Ashai Bagh, Nagin Bagh

"The rooms are on the road-it is noisy through the day & night. There was no electricity from 3a.m. to 7.45 a.m.-so no AC! The rooms don't have any windows, so we have to ise the AC inspite of very pleasant weather. The kitchen does not open till 8 .15 a.m. so if your heading out early-you will not get hot water for your cuppa tea/ coffee-if there is no electricity -like when we were there. The staff is helpful & polite. All in all-not recommended."

"This was truly one of the best stays we had over these years. The entire team of ARCO Hotels delivered unmatchable hospitality close to top rated 5 stars. Right from check in we had a memorable experience. The food was good and breakfast was exceptional. Rooms were squeaky clean and anything we requested for was done promptly. Couldn't have asked for a better property in Srinagar. "

"I stayed there with my family. Rooms are very good, staffs are very well behaved and very cooperative. Specially I need to mention about Showkat Mir and Shahid. They are extremely well behaved and always fulfilled all our requirements with a smile on their face. The oveall ambience of the hotel is very cozy and comfortable. Only one thing I would like to recommend is that they can bring little more variety in their menu. Otherwise everything else was perfect."
