The sky bar and infinity pool are a real asset to this hotel offering spectacular views right across Phnom Penh city. The staff were most helpful and friendly. The Sky Bar was a treat at sunset and being Valentine’s Day I was given a rose from the staff. The room was very clean. The beds were the most comfortable I have  ever slept  on.  Previous experience in Phnom Penh hotels, the beds can be a little hard compared to western culture. This was pleasing. It is a beautiful hotel.

It was good. But there were some ants in the room. But They cleaned the room properly

Deposit is $60 not $50. Front desk trying to deal with too many people at once. No safe in room as advertised Aircon was very noisy. No fruit in room as advertised. Breakfast was very poor. Most things had run out and not replaced. Shocking hotel, will not be staying there again.

酒店經一年改善,各方面都提升,早餐豐富,房間整潔,客lift也改善了。但Gym仍無冷氣,meeting room仍不能使用,讓人客可以坐坐。 前台服務仍是差,無想過check out 取回按金usd$200現金也沒有,要去兑換。難以想像。
