Staff was so untrained and confused they wasted my whole hour in just finding my booking however I had already paid for the room, my same phone from which I booked was with me then my email I'd was with me then mobile number was with me but all their staff was very careless and caused waste of time for me.

I only stayed for one night but was very impressed with the hotel. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and quiet with a nice view of Sharjah. The breakfast had a great selection of local and international food and a nice view. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative was the heavy traffic between Dubai airport and Sharjah which reduced my time to enjoy the hotel.
