Ankara'dan gelip iki gece konakladık. Yeni açılan yol ile konum olarak bizi çok yormadı. Otelin olanakları yeterliydi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve cömertti. Odamız ***et temizdi. Minibar her gün yenileniyor. Genel olarak tavsiye ediyorum.

Otelde temizlik çok kötüydü. Oturma yerleri lekeli, koltukların üzerinde yiyecek artıkları vardı, sözde temiz olan çatal, kaşık, tabak seçtiğinde üzerinde lekeler ve yemek artıkları vardı, personel yönetimi olmadığı için garsonlar ilgisizdi, yemek kalitesi vasat seviyedeydi, yüksek bir para verip de en mutsuz olduğum ve büyük hayal kırıklığına uğradığım otel maalesef sherwood dreams resort hotel oldu.

Çok güzel bir otel çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlü ve sizinle çok ilgileniyorlar otel yenilenmiş tavsiye ederim

Бронировал отель на 4 дня, находясь в Стамбуле. По прибытии в шесть вечера мне с широчайшей улыбкой дали номер на 1 этаже с дико гудящим кондиционером огромного размера на уровне балкона. Просто кошмар. При моем вежливом отказе показали другой номер, в другом месте так же на 1 этаже. Так же без вида, который лично мне и не нужен. Но какой же затхло-мерзкий был в нем запах.. Опять же отказался. Третий номер был и вонючий, и с тем же кондиционером, 2 в 1. Ресепшен пытается объяснить, что отель полностью заполнен, прям овербукинг настоящий. Я в гневе. Пришлось переночевать в номере как минимум без шума, написав в Trip.com. Назавтра получил более-мере приемлемый номер, хоть и без вида, спасибо поддержке. Еда отеля 4+. Голодным не уйдешь, но выбор не как у крутой пятерки. Официанты вежливые, некоторые из стран бывшего СНГ, доброжелательные в основном. Ещё делают гюзлеме утром, вечером на улице жарят мяско, ну, ничего так. Бассейны в норме, лежаки у бассейна и на пляже тоже хорошие. Про детскую анимацию не скажу, волейбол есть, анимация у бассейна слабовата, но она мало кому нужна и не столь принципиальна. Мороженое есть, но очень так ненавязчиво, найти его сложновато, не на виду, да и мороженщик за 15 мин до «отбоя» может наврать, что оно кончилось. Спортзал средний, но поддержать форму знающему особенности многофункциональных тренажеров можно. За воротами кроме базара пойти некуда. Базар.. на вкус и цвет.., всё как обычно - ширпотреб турецкого производства. Сходить на 1 раз на 20 мин. Как итог- отель с недостаточной эффективностью системы кондиционирования и очень простым дизайном номеров. Подуставший весьма. Если за недорого, то можно сыграть в лотерею. Если есть что-то с хорошим рейтингом на 10-15% дороже, то есть повод рассмотреть что-то другое.

Service is pretty delicious, Rooms are well cleaned, Beach and swim pools are fun and people are so sweet and nice The variety of activities and shows are fun to participate and watch A lot of snacks so you will never be hungry and I'm sure I will visit this place again

The rooms and the service was very good There were no problem at all The room service was very good no bothering at all The buffet was diliceous The pools was so clean and ther was alot to do The reseption was helpfull It was 10/10 vecation no proplem at all

We stayed here start of May for 7 nights. When we arrived at half 11, we were told the late night buffet was on, my 3 and 4 year old were starving so we headed down. There was not one thing my children could eat. There was bread but no butter, jam, ham, cheese, so dry bread or dry toast. There was cold casserole type dishes that looked like were from earlier in the night (photos attached) We were told it was that or room service, but that was chargeable, we got charge lifted and got 4 Burgers and chips. All came to room stone cold and soggy as if reheated. The pool toilets are horrible. Only 3 toilets in the ladies, and no baby change facilities. Every single day spent up at lobby complaining they were overflowing, no toilet paper or no soap! Had to change youngest at the sunbed or go up to lobby/room. Not ideal when my 4 year old is trained but asks for the toilet every 15 minutes! New towels placed in room daily, and the towels that were folded on racks had dirty marks. Poo bags from nappies left in room on multiple occasions as bins were not emptied. Husband had €20 taken from room that was sitting next to coffee mugs (he forgot to put it back in safe after shower) Multiple nights spent standing waiting for chicken nuggets to be filled at kids buffet, they were so hungry and we had been told "5 minutes" I don't know how many times by the chefs to be standing 45+ minutes. There were towels lying on the buffet restaurant floor soaking up leaks from the ceiling! I am not one for complaining as I feel everyone has their own tastes/opinions, but 100% would not recommend this hotel, especially with children. In my honest opinion it needs so much work aesthetically, and service was non existent. If it wasn't for being my Daughter's birthday a few days after arriving I would have moved hotel, but did not want to spend her day packing and moving. AVOID!

First impression when arriving wasn’t the wow I expected for a 5 star hotel. It is at the bottom of what looks like a dirt track and the entrance is very dated with a strong smell of drains. Reception staff looked like he had been dragged out of bed and couldn’t be bothered. Wasn’t very welcoming and didn’t tell us anything just handed us a leaflet with details of times for food etc. Didn’t tell us about the al a cart restaurant having to be booked and when we went to book no availability. Didn’t give us a room card only 2 towel cards and when I went to ask for a room card his attitude was terrible. Room - This is not 5 star I would say 3 star at a push. Room very dated, bits of cement on the floor from the step to the balcony, holes in the wall, shower ok when you eventually get it to a decent temperature. Bed comfortable but in my time staying I don’t think it’s been changed. Room not being cleaned and if it does it’s at strange times like 5pm No fresh towels for a shower had to call reception who didn’t have a clue what I was asking for. Eventually after half an hour and another call got towels. Dirty balcony looks like the windows and glass has never been cleaned Loose fittings in the room such as plug socket, toilet flush Strange buzzing noise from the vent in room We had a standard room however this wasn’t great and when I went down to reception about it the staff were so rude and unhelpful. The TUI rep Tony was at reception at the time and I spoke to him about it for him to say what do you want me to do about it. I haven’t spoken to him since as he is nowhere to be seen. Food - very bland same stuff every day for breakfast, dinner and tea but put in a different place. Good omelette station at breakfast but only seen this once. The food area at the bar was ok however at times what you ordered would come to the table cold, pizzas nice not a lot of selection but nice when it came. Chicken wraps nice. Pool area - loungers are terrible, a lot are burst, plastic split. Some parasols broke and look really scabby. Floor can be slippy Reception staff - very rude, not great English and heavy the vibe that they can’t be bothered Bar/Restaurant staff - restaurant staff really nice in particular Errol who looked after us every day and night when he was working, he would save a seat in the wave bar for myself and my partner and the group of friends who we had, he knew everyones drinks and we never had any empty glasses he would appear with drinks constantly. The young bar tender in the lemon bar was also great again he remembered our drink and as soon as we sat down a drink appeared. The lifts are terrible the door shuts on you before you get in, the phone incase it breaks down isn’t plugged with the wire hanging out. The TVs in the room only has 2 English speaking channels which is BBC news and CNN however this goes off saying no service, and the internet is terrible very hit and miss. Last day - check out is 12 noon howev

Everything was very nice, good staff , good food and very nice view , a lot of swimming pools , for kids in specially. There is a beach side with free sea bed's available at every moment . Nice entertainment shows with various themes and nice music . We really enjoy it !
