Very good location near Grand Central & Bullring, toke 7mins to walk from Train station to hotel. Family room with 1 king sized bed and 2 single beds. Free English-style breakfast provided from 7-10 am

For the price it’s definitely worth it, definitely recommend!

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was smaller than I’ve been in before but cleanliness was good and bed as comfy as ever!

Location is great, However, there's issue with the key card. It takes us almost 10 minutes to get inside the room as the key card isn't working. Room is big enough.A pretty decent place to stay for its price

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean but had dust in certain parts of the lighting and table. The bathroom didn’t smell to good when we got there. There wasn’t much soap to wash your hands. Unfortunately at night time the people next door were loud and at times the door was shutting it would wake you up. The tv remote wasn’t working properly.

Basically almost thing is okay for family trip to use this hotel . Specially, can take dinner in hotel with reasonable price.

In general, this hotel was worth booking. The staffs there were very kind and helpful. The foods served in breakfast were so far so good. The family room was tidy but could be a much better for the general hygiene condition. In view of the price for the room, it worth for a family to have a short stay in here

Great location - right next to stations and shopping centre. Hotel was clean and breakfast was tasty with a good selection.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, I was expecting a budget experience but had a wonderful stay. Room was clean and modern, no banging doors so had a lovely night sleep in comfortable beds. Breakfast buffet was excellent for £8.99 and my daughter ate for free. The hotel itself is in a perfect spot for Birmingham Hippodrome, chinese quarter, nightlife and Bullring. Would highly recommend.

Great location in the centre of Birmingham and just opposite to Bull ring market. Few minutes walk from both Birmingham main train station and Coach station. Clean comfortable spacious room with comfortable bed.

rooms are lovely, staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was superb
