Ulasan Fumoto Ryokan

Quaint little town. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the many private onsens, possibly 8 in the annex building. A public male and female separated onsens in the main building. Our family of 5 stayed in the Yuri room, annex building made up of 2 rooms with 2 beds, pull out sofa and 2 futons comfortably. Our room has a private onsen as well. My 3 kids enjoyed wearing the yukata to go try out the private onsens by themselves. Our kaiseki dinner and breakfast were delicious and plentiful. The bamboo views and snow flurries views from the onsen made it a very memorable visit.

Fantastic ryokan experience. This ryokan has many separate onsens. Staff are proficient in English. We stayed at Annex building with more privacy and private onsen. But public onsens have many choices and would keep you busy to try them selectively. The beds are comfortable too.

The staff worked professionally. I didn't have to wait for anything. The work was systematic and caring for my family. The accommodation was in the midst of the fresh air. A tea at the front of the room was very refreshing. My family was impressed by the care of all the staff.

The hotel is located at the centre of 黑川溫泉區, which is quite rural so highly recommended to go by car. The service is excellent! The staff helped us to park the car and take the luggages up the stairs to our Japanese style family room. We have ordered full board package and both meals are gorgeous. There are many onsens in the hotel which are non-reserved and private, allowing family to enjoy onsen together. One drawback is that there are many stairs so elderly might have to take it into consideration.

Beautiful place, excellent hotspring and great services..

This is my first time booking a hot spring hotel. Room: It is very clean and Well-equipped. They also provided cute Wafuku (traditional Japanese clothing) for us to take photos. Annex Japanese and western style room has its own open-air hot spring. Service: The staffs are very nice to us, and provide a fluent check in. Facilities: They have sufficient parking lots (no charges) for self-driving customers. Also, they have several family spa, which having different features. Make sure you have enough time to try all of them. P.S. All the family spa have door lock, therefore, you and your partner can enjoy an exclusive spa moment. FYI: Highly recommended to book a room with dinner(Photo 1) and breakfast (Photo 2). The sets are very delicious and fancy. It is the best hotel experience in Japan ever!

the room is clean and with private garden and onsen bathroom, so beautiful. the staff are nice anf help. when tell them when to leave and take the bus, they will drive you to bus stop (although it is not far from hotel). however, i sent an email to the email address provided by trip.com but they seems not receive so no areangement to pick up us. however, everything is good to stay here.
