Excellent hotel with friendly reception and restaurant staff. Room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was brilliant, right next to the Arndale, Printworks and Victoria Station.

Amazing hotel. Managed to check in early. Gorgeous rooms perfect location and all staff very friendly.

Front Entry to hotel was up a steep flight of stairs, no one was there to help carry luggage and my suitcase was heavy. Not a happy customer to start! Very tiny reception area at top of stairs.pleasant staff but only one room was ready at check in time. We managed to survive until 5pm by checking out the variety of restaurants in the area. This is a good central location. Breakfast was good, self service buffet & hot food, service varied. Very pleasant staff. Bedroom was oddly shaped, shower looked good but was difficult to work. Adequate wardrobe space ; I just wish modern hotels provided more drawers. Not the best Indigo hotel I’ve stayed in but generally a reliable chain of hotels.

Service was very friendly and efficient. Hotel is excellently located - right in the centre of town and next to Victoria station. Breakfast was great value - you do need to book though. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy.

What a gem of a hotel right in the beating heart of the city. Once inside the decor, staff and presentation is very good. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for a Manchester stay.

Room is great. Room cleaning was not done even by 3 pm.breakfast was good.

Great location, the free bus stops right outside the hotel and the National Football Museum is just across the road. Great breakfast options and extremely friendly staff. The bathroom was extremely clean and included speakers. If you request anything the hotel will be sure to accommodate.
