Great location. Close to Yuyuan Garden and the Temple of the City God. Also very convenient access to public transportation, as it is only a short walk away from the subway station. The room was clean and spacious for Shanghai. 5 stars.

Not one word in English, flor wasn't clean. Only the bed was clean

The hotel is clean, comfortable, spacious and bright. The service attitude is great. The front desk helped with the luggage. The breakfast was delicious and great. They upgraded our room. The mattress was very comfortable and the new pillows from Home Inn were great. The girl at the front desk helped us store our luggage when we checked out. The experience was great. It was very close to the attractions and we had a lot of fun. The front desk staff kept saying hello. It was a great experience.

Very satisfied, mainly because it is very convenient for travel. The location is very good and the front desk service attitude is very good. The hotel is very old and has not been renovated for a long time. It is located in a corner and is difficult to find because of a big tree in front. The room facilities are poor. The room windows are single-layer glass, and the sound insulation effect is not good. The room lighting is very dim. The room I stayed in is very small, and the construction site next door is a bit noisy.
