It is really outdated. The rooms need renovation, there is mold in the bathroom, shared facilities are of low standard. Don't believe the photos.

Stay away Doesn’t worth the high price, I paid 499 for 1 night but it does not deserve more than 200! The rooms are basic, old, no air conditionning working, no windows closing, no view from balcony and the swimming pool was empty and green! No attention, maintenance paid to the infrastructure everything is old. Many stairs no accessible for disabled person. People don’t talk at all English.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Worst case of misleading photos I have come across. Pictures are either heavily photo shopped or are incredibly old. Very expensive for a very filthy broken hotel room. List of things broken in my room 205: main door lock, hair drier, shower drain (wouldn't drain) bath drain (wouldn't hold water) 3 out of 4 plug sockets, balcony door lock, TV, Wi-Fi, towels threadbare, bedding had holes. Very disappointed.

Probably the worst hotel I had in China, rooms not very clean, AC does not work, swimming pool empty and dirty. I would nit recommend . Pictures download dies not work here …. I tried to place swimming pool ugly picture without success !!!! Easier if one does not want to display how bad it is.

Good to stay next time again will stay

海景酒店的最大亮點無疑是其無敵海景。站在窗前或陽台上，可以盡享一望無際的大海，海浪輕輕拍打着岸邊，日出日落時的美景更是讓人陶醉1。清晨推開窗户，眼前的日出美景簡直美如畫卷2。

第一次住在鼓浪嶼，簡單説幾句。首先價位很合理，島上價格甚至比中山路的還便宜，很難得。其次是酒店前台還有老闆服務很熱情，幫忙扛行李，還請喝了一杯奶茶，很開心。最後是酒店地理位置還有衞生條件都很好，住的挺舒服，很滿意。一個字，值！

酒店位置很好，就在日光巖腳下，離海邊很近，衞生很乾凈，環境優美，拍照很出片，晚上夜景超級美，房間很温馨，早上可以到海邊看日出，是到鼓浪嶼的不二選擇！！！！！

過年前來旅遊選了這家酒店。一定要誇一下前台的小哥哥，熱心熱情照顧長者。帶父母出來旅遊的，在酒店入住期間，小哥哥一直幫忙拎行李，有任何問題也非常熱心的協助處理情緒價值滿滿的。本來定了一個大床和小床的家庭房房間，後來出了一些問題，小哥也可以幫忙升級到了雙間大床房。父母很滿意。謝謝

特別特別好的一個地方！！酒店公共設施很多 有樓天的陽台可以曬太陽盪鞦韆看風景或坐那裡喝茶聊天。 前台小哥和阿姨人都特別特別好，非常熱情！！！ 超級喜歡！！ 酒店離各個景點都很近，出行也很方便

非常好的一次旅行，老闆人好，位置好。環境沒的説，就在日光巖腳下，出門就是沙灘🏖，超級方便離小吃街也很近，碼頭過來很方便，走路10多分鐘，簡直不要太好，前台小夥子超級熱情，幫忙拿行李，院子裏隨手一拍就是大片，這裡是鼓浪嶼遊玩必來打卡的地方，推薦推薦！！！！！

客房主打親子房，空間寬敞，床品舒適，提供智能家居體驗。酒店位置優越，靠近沙灘和日光巖，方便遊客遊覽。步行即可到達鋼琴碼頭，近商業街和街心公園。酒店擁有樓頂露台，可以欣賞到美麗的夜景。酒店全屋智能化，如電動窗簾、智能馬桶等，提供舒適便捷的住宿體驗。酒店裝修風格融合了閩南特色與現代元素，營造出獨特的氛圍。酒店性價比高，在鼓浪嶼上是一個不錯的選擇。

位置不錯，酒店毗鄰日光巖和鄭成功紀念館，酒店後面就是日光巖最高點，往海邊走幾步就是港仔後沙灘和淑莊花園，花園裡就是鋼琴博物館，前台小哥很好很熱情，幫着我們提行李，因為是淡季，幫我們升級了房間，孩子們玩得太開心啦！
