Had an excellent stay at Samsara Ubud hotel. The room were clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect. Loved the delicious breakfast and the well-maintained amenities. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and hassle-free experience!

Rooms are clean, pool are warm, beds are super comfy, equipped with smart TV (plus points), breakfast are excellent and many more. Thank you Samsara Ubud!

The location is fat away from downtown of Ubud, we suggest hotel can provide more shuttle bus everyday. The food is good, especially breakfast . The staffs are really friendly. The facility is a bit old but environment overall is nice. Recommend to stay few nights.

I felt incredibly special from the moment I stepped into Samsara until check-out. The staff were very helpful, professional, and excellent at their jobs. Despite the rooms being nestled in the middle of the forest, regular pest control ensured that I didn't see a single lizard. Everything was great, and we were very satisfied. Thanks for everything

I spent a total of 3 nights here. it is not necessarily the five star standard that you would expect from other hotels. But the hotel is located in a secluded, quiet area in the middle of the jungle. So you don't notice much of the outside world and it's almost always quiet. So if you like peace and quiet, you can get your money's worth here. The large communal pool is very nice. the rooms are large and relatively well equipped. I think the room is not worth more than the price I paid. I paid €215 per night.

Everyone at Samsara Ubud is extremely friendly and always ready to assist when required which makes it even more enjoyable staying here. The place is really peaceful and tranquil allowing one to escape from the city buzzing life. Really enjoyed the stay and looking forward to return the next time we are in Bali 😊

The place is beautiful and in nature. The people and service is amazing! However, the road to the hotel is rough and bumpy. Suggest to repair the road and to add a shelter at the lobby so that people do not get wet during the rain.

Facilities are great, food was average, our room was immaculate, and slightly heated pool was amazing for us to swim for hours. Only thing inconvenient was location. It was hard to get to and fro city centre. It was hard to find Gojek drivers (Uber for Indonesia) who were willing to drive all the way to our hotel (some even thought our request was a prank...). To Ubud was okay to find, but anywhere further than Ubud city centre, it was extremely hard to find drivers. Other than location, hotel itself was amazing and magical. If you're planning to stay at the hotel mainly, 100% recommended. If your trip is about tours and exploring, probably find a hotel closer to city centres.

Hotel located in a narrow road. Otherwise location was perfect as it is near to the seminyak district where you can find lots of beach club and place to hangout.

The hotel is deep in Ubud, in the middle of the rainforest, with a small waterfall. The independent private swimming pool is heated and suitable for children. The breakfast lobster with eggs, etc. are very good. Lunch and dinner can also be ordered a la carte, and the price is similar to that of domestic meals. I had two meals and it was generally good.

We compared hotels for a long time and decided to book one after seeing Ctrip Gold Diamond. In fact, it is not even as good as ordinary five-star hotels. The service is not up to par, the facilities are poor, the hygiene is poor, and there is a foul smell in the corridor. I don't know how Ctrip's Gold Diamond standard is formulated. I feel that I have been deceived by Ctrip. What is the Gold Diamond standard formulated by Ctrip?

It is a certain distance from the central Ubud Palace. It is in the mountains and you have to go through a winding mountain road, but there are villages on both sides of the road. It would be more convenient to have a chartered car. The hotel will have a car that departs for the Ubud Palace at a fixed time. The service attitude is good. If you leave early the next day, the hotel will pack you breakfast. The room has a heated swimming pool, which will be warm for swimming at night
