Excellent experience. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a perfect location. Great for relaxing and enjoying. Highly recommend!

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

Great place, good location with shuttle bus from and to the airport

Nice breakfast, good location and free transportation to the airport, super friendly stuff and well informed, local drivers and taxi service is the best!

Few attention on the customer due to the lack of staff in the hotel. It was a good stay, but they definitely need to hire more staff in order to provide a good customer service.

房間算還大的，周圍都是辦公樓飲食超市比較多，酒店裝飾都是用新鮮的花，芳香撲鼻早餐是在10樓，用餐的位置也算比較大，週末還會有人在1樓的睡吧，彈鋼琴演奏，唱歌

房間可以，還有陽台，房間大小也行，但是就是房間的毯子不好打理，有味道。地理位置不錯，去機場也方便、有接送車。

Goed gelegen hotel, schoon met ontbijtbuffet en geweldige service. Gratis shuttlebus van en naar airport.

房間比較乾淨，費用也不高，還有機場大巴，非常方便。酒店有自己的的士，出行比較方便，周邊有很多吃飯的地方。

Excelente atención de todo el personal. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y ni hablar del desayuno buffet, con una variedad grandísima de platos, entre ellos colombianos, muy ricos. La ubicación del hotel es ideal, queda cerca de 2 centros comerciales y del aeropuerto.

從來就沒住過這麼差的星級酒店，連空調都沒有，整天飛機起降聲音又大，房間又老又臟，睡覺睡着睡着還有大蜘蛛爬到身上來照顧你一下！我是真不知道攜程怎麼給他排名排第一的？
