Great place to stay for business travelers. It’s near to airport, about 15mins away

This is probably the best hotel in Surat . Excellent food, very clean & safe . Highly recommended to stay in this hotel

The hotel is one of the first five star places in Surat. So it’s got history. It’s showing in a few places but no more than expected with a property this age. Service was extremely good and attentive. Overall, a good place to stay in Surat.

Next time I will book this hotel again

It’s still the best Hotel in Surat however you can see the damage that 2 years of COVID restrictions have done. Now they quickly have to go back to speed

Nice stay

Very bad rooms. Doesnt look like 5 star at all with paint peeled off and furniture worn out. Lobby is nice. But overall experience is really bad.

인도 구자르트 수랏에 위치하고 있으며 좀 까다로운 사람은 이곳 밖에 잘곳이 없습니다 수랏에서 다른곳은 좀 열악합니다. 음식 그리고 청결도 술도 외국인 전용 판매대가 있습니다. 사우나 짐 스파까지 수랏에서 이정도면 훌륭합니다

話説在蘇拉特住了幾天Park Inn發現了瓶裝水的祕密後，我決定換一間更高檔的酒店，想必不會繼續跟水的不愉快。萬豪這家酒店以前叫The Gateway Hotel Athwalines，以前前一年已經轉給萬豪經營。如果説一次踩到狗屎是走運，那麼兩次踩到狗屎絕對是倒黴。未曾想，這個酒店的瓶裝水跟Park Inn是採購的同一家公司，而且同樣是用回收瓶罐的水。我沒有低估印度人民的友善，但確實是高估了印度資本家的誠實。這個衞生的一分不是給房間的，是給這個飲用水的。但是能怎麼辦，投訴了經理也是敷衍下。所以如果攜程不能如實呈現真實評論那就是為虎作倀了。

Pure excellence. Hitesh at reception, thank you for setting us off with a wonderful beginning and end to our stay. You are an asset to the Surat Marriott. All the staff in every sector were outstanding!

Avoid booking this property; the staff is inadequately trained, lacks respect for customer requests, and tends to ignore them. I was thoroughly disappointed as Marriott usually provides a white-glove treatment, but this location's staff is inexperienced and unprofessional. Save your money and book elsewhere, as they fail to meet even the basic standards.

Excellent Customer service. Really lovely property, clean, and lots of complementary amineties.
