There are number of reasons: 1) Super helpful staff, polite and understanding. 2) The reception team was fabulous, very accommodating in every aspect, it actually made my entire trip extremely smooth. 3)Very spacious rooms, you can spend an entire day relaxing in there, it was a wow as soon as I entered my room, loved it. A huge bathroom made it all star. 4) Breakfast buffet had everything you need to start your day right, the food was too good to leave behind, I ate more than I expected. 5) Hygiene and cleanliness, spot on!! "Bad food. I ordered a dal fry and jeera rice for dinner and got an upset stomach in the morning. Their staff sleeps in the reception and doesn't even move out of that place even after 8 am. They serve breakfast after 8. Any and all hotels are ready with breakfast at 7 am max. Although room was good (new property) the cleanliness was not upto the mark. There were water bottles left by previous guests in the cupboard. Room floor was not mopped. Towel provided had a typical damp smell. Bathroom was clean but had a very bad stench. Difficult to stay in the bathroom for even a few seconds. Had to use my expensive perfume as a room freshener. For the kind of money that i paid, this was a really really bad experience. Never coming back to this hotel. Guys do not go by the star reviews for this hotel."
