"Nice food I. The restaurant"

"Very disappointing experience – Not recommended We have been doing corporate bookings with this property for the past four years, but unfortunately, our recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. The overall service, coordination and professionalism of the staff have fallen well below expectations. We booked 5 twin-sharing rooms, and a couple of guests requested an additional cot without adding another person to the room. Despite the room tariff being ₹4,500, we were asked to pay ₹2,500 for a cot, even though there was no additional guest. There was also no clearly communicated tariff for an additional cot or mattress; we were simply told that this was the standard charge. There were also serious issues with internal coordination and payment tracking. On one occasion, the booking payment had been made in two parts, with 50% paid initially and the balance 50% subsequently paid. However, the reception manager informed us that the balance payment had not been received. After we checked and followed up, it was confirmed that the payment had actually already been made. It was concerning that the staff had not checked their own records internally before informing the customer that the payment was pending. On another occasion, when the room keys could not be immediately located, the staff directly assumed that the responsibility was on us. The keys were subsequently found in their own drawer. Such incidents reflect a lack of proper coordination and accountability. The attitude and behaviour of the management were also disappointing. The manager at the reception was rude and appeared arrogant instead of trying to understand and resolve the customer's concerns professionally. For a property that receives corporate and group bookings, we expected better service standards, internal coordination, communication and customer relationship management. After four years of corporate association, the lack of basic attention to customer concerns was particularly disappointing. Overall, the service is poor and the experience has been very unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this property, particularly for corporate or group bookings.
