Was received by a very friendly receptionist who showed us the map to get around the small quaint town. Though we booked the budget room, the toilet and bedroom were very clean. Really love the simple breakfast service too. :)

Spacious room overlooking the mountains. Delicious breakfast with really perfect croissants and perfect soft-boiled eggs. Close to the railway station and tourists spots. Nice and helpful staff.

Great little hotel. Recently renovated with a lift (elevator) and fresh decor. Very comfortable rooms, great beds and bedding and excellent ensuite. Fairly quiet location even though in the heart of town and surrounded by old town sights. Hundreds of restaurants nearby. Good buffet breakfast of usual European variety. Helpful, friendly staff.Fridge and coffee maker in room (no cooking allowed). Overall great experience. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Choosing the same hotel in Chur every year, rooms are super clean and comfy, it is located right in the center. Breakfast is very good!

We stayed for 2 nights before boarding the Bernina express to Tirano. The hotel is a convenient location and easy walking distance to the railway station. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast and reception staff was very helpful and friendly. We would stay again if in Chur.

Location was perfect, value for money considering other hotel prices in the area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, i arrived on a sunday (most of Chur is closed on Sunday), the lovely staff gave me suggestions for cafes and restaurants which would be open for dinner. Also suggestions on the most important sights to see in the afternoon!

Great spot close to the railway station, shopping and restaurants. Room very hot; had to sleep with window open

The hotel was easy to reach from the excellent public transport in Chur, walkable in less than 10 minutes. The hotel staff were welcoming and very helpful - with several languages. My room was spacious and very clean.
