Ulasan Datong Grand Hotel

Hotel ini tidak jauh dari kota kuno dan dikelilingi oleh area komersial, yang sangat nyaman. Hotel ini memiliki lingkungan yang indah, dengan perasaan hotel kelas atas yang jelas, dan terlihat tinggi, tetapi fasilitasnya agak ketinggalan jaman. Sarapannya sangat lezat, dan tersedia makanan ringan khas Datong. Rasio harga-kinerja tinggi, sangat direkomendasikan.

Ini adalah Hotel Liburan sebelumnya. Cara mengubah gedung VIP sekarang. ***a dekorasi fasilitas dan perlengkapan kamar sama dengan liburan kami di kota lain, dan layanannya juga sangat baik, yaitu, jika Anda ingin menginap lain kali, dapatkah Anda mempertimbangkan untuk membuka kamar secara terpisah? Dengan cara ini, tamu yang menginap tidak akan mengganggu tamu yang sedang tidur karena mereka merasa kedap suaranya tidak terlalu bagus

Hotel tua, parkir yang nyaman dan pelayanan yang baik. Hotel telah meningkatkan tipe kamar dengan tempat tidur yang lebih besar, yang sangat cocok untuk keluarga dengan anak-anak. Hotel ini memiliki lokasi yang bagus, di pusat kota, dan nyaman untuk bepergian. Hanya saja hotelnya sudah lama berdiri, fasilitasnya agak tua, dan bak mandinya masih bocor. Tetapi rasio harga/kinerja cukup tinggi.

Unfortunately the hotel did not correspond to the booked and promised standard. It is very old. The carpet in the room had a lot of stains. has it been professionally cleaned since it was built in 2010? the sheets had some holes in them and there were a lot of stains on the walls. The fridge was damaged and not working. We had booked the room for 4 people. However, we were consistently only provided with 3 towels and bathrobes in the room. it would be very desirable if the housekeeping was informed about the guests! The breakfast (from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.) was okay. The Western breakfast included coffee, yoghurt, butter, jam… Unfortunately every type of bread/toast was very old and dry. on the second morning the cornflakes were empty. the answer of the waiter "mei you" (we don't have it). After asking again and pointing in the direction of the kitchen, the waitress brought 2 bowls of cornflakes to our children. the pool area needs to be cleaned urgently. There is a lot of rubbish and a lot of dirt/dust on the cupboards in the cold and rather dark changing room. opening hours are until 10 pm. however, the whirlpool was already turned off at 8:40 pm and the water drained. we didn't feel very welcome. the employee probably wanted to call it a day. the question about towels was answered with "mei you" (we don't have it). later, she brought us 3 more pieces.

Was good/ free parking/walking distance to the city wall and other attractions

The room was big and very clean. English speaking service is quite limited but in general it was somehow doable to communicate. The breakfast room was unfortunately very crowded and noisy. As result, the breakfast was a bit stressful and the service could not refill the breakfast buffet in time.

Unbelievably bad experience. Starting from check-in, where we were ignored completely as westerners. The hotel itself was old, smelly and immediately gave us us an unwelcoming feeling. The room was dirty, there was vomit on the wall next to the toilet, long bushes of black hair everywhere. The beds were soft and ok but that’s just about the only positive thing. Breakfast was chinese only… quite a horrible experience altogether!

酒店位置極好，離大同古城步行15分鐘，游泳池水質挺乾淨的，游泳館大姐挺用心的，孩子頭髮開了，幫忙給孩子梳頭髮，前台小姐姐也挺熱情的，還送了我們伴手禮水。

大同離北京很近，又是古都名城，適合説走就走的旅程。 大同貴賓樓酒店毗鄰老市政府，在大同賓館的後面，位置優越，安靜低調。原來曾是假日酒店管理，可以依稀看到痕跡。 酒店有些年頭，裝飾裝修比較穩重大氣，但是前台，餐廳，大堂各個空間很寬闊不侷促。 家庭房的雙人床和單人床都很大，衞生和備品也可以，洗浴水也改進了，沒有之前評價裏的問題。 時間長插座部分接觸不好，希望普查一下維修更換。 早餐很不錯，明檔的刀削麪，羊雜粉很地道，中西菜色豐富，水果新鮮，補充也及時。

老牌酒店，設施都比較老舊了，插座插不上充電器，總滑下來。房間帶浴缸，暫且不説用不用浴缸，就是説浴缸上全是茶漬會讓人很不舒服。衞生間門上還有不明物體的白色污漬，難道説打擾人員真的看不見嗎。以上均沒拍照片留證，但是都是事實。 唯一不錯的是早餐還算豐盛。

酒店很不錯，值得來推薦，五一黃金週，旅遊很熱鬧；提前預訂好；安全最重要，開心莫忘掉；旅途休息好，莫要有疲勞；輕鬆心情好，假期享自在。假期愉快！感謝大同！

房間設施略顯舊一些，但功能都可以正常使用。服務態度很好，游泳健身免費。送了早餐券，餐點種類豐富，本地小吃好吃。
