We enjoyed staying here! It was quiet, and in a great area and it had a decent breakfast in the morning that the kids loved! We will stay here again for sure!!!

They are the first hotel with the indoor entranced I've ever been to without a cart. Lame

Pillows were ridiculously small looked like it was missing furniture in the room. 2 of the lamps didn’t work. No counters in the bathroom, called the front seat for a roll of toilet paper and told up we had to go get it ourselves. A continental breakfast was on our reservation and there was none. It was not a pleasant experience. I will not be returning.

When we first went into the room it smelled then we found out the AC was leaking and the rug was wet. That was my only problem I had.

Room 118 was used by a smoker in the past. No other rooms available so management sprayed the room with an odor spray which did nothing to remove the smoke smell. Left window open and continuously ran bathroom fan.

The room literally smelled like either a dead animal (person?) or a really stagnant drain. I brought this to the front desk attendant's attention and he showed up with a bottle of spray deodorant that only made it worse. If we didn't have other options we would have left and never returned. Avoid this location

Staff were fantastic. The room was a bit run down but not horrible. Breakfast was better than we were expecting.

Previous shooting was here, beds had stains all over them, walls were broken and had stains on the walls.

Hallways were dark, first room smelled like cigarette smoke, was given another room that was clean and fresh smelling. Desk clerk Ashley was great with making sure our rooms were satisfactory!

Not bad, but not great. The facility and our room could use a little TLC. Breakfast was mediocre. The hot tub was off one evening. Staff were okay. No big complaints but nothing stood out as particulary good. The location near I-17 was great for us.

Do not stay here it's infested with cockroaches! I couldn't even sleep because of the cockroaches that were running around when I came back to the room and turned the light on! I had to kill a couple MYSELF!!! Also, the room smelled like stale cigarettes and mold, and it was dingy, dated and dirty. I couldn't even sleep because of not wanting bugs crawling on me and ended up leaving and staying at another hotel. The only thing that was good was the woman who checked me in, she was very sweet!
