Kamarnya sempurna, bersih, baru... kamar mandinya luar biasa dan tempat tidurnya sangat bagus. Sarapannya berkualitas, kecuali jusnya yang tidak alami. Kawasan ini tenang dengan restoran, meski agak jauh dari pusat bersejarah. Harganya terkesan berlebihan untuk hotel yang tidak memiliki fasilitas seperti gym, sauna.... Tapi sebaliknya, perhatiannya sangat bagus.

Room super clean. Bed super comfy. We all slept very well. Parking available in hotel basement. Very convenient. I personnally appreciate the green policy of hotel very well. They encourage changing towels and bed sheets only on the 4th days. But, of course, they will help to change at your request. Kettle will be provided upon request. One thing the hotel can do better. We stayed for 4 nights and the breakfast food were exactly the same for 4 days.

Located conveniently near metro stations. Only unfortunate part of the location is limited dining options on Sunday evening.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Principe Avila hotel, comfy room, quiet, modern. Great breakfast. Nice staff and centrally located with Metro and bus just out of the door.

If you are coming by air to Lisbon, stay in this hotel. The red metro line starts at the airport and for a couple of dollars and 35 minutes of your time you are at the end of the red metro line and depending on which exit out of the metro you take you are just across a quiet street from the hotel. Great staff, everything looks new and the breakfast is fantastic.

Really nice hotel, went January so got 4 nights for £315. Good area, clean and spacious room and very modern. Lovely breakfast included in the price and everything was really fresh. Helpful staff all through the hotel. Really positive experience and would be back for sure.

Excellent hotel with a decent price to explore Lisbon. We loved the area -- walking distance to El Corte Ingles shopping center with plenty of restaurants. Staff were very helpful and all spoke English. Breakfast was an excellent start of each day. We enjoyed our trip and the stay was a big part of our satisfaction. Strongly recommended!

Hotel Principe Avila was perfect for our girls trip. The metro was literally across the street, and it was in a good area. Very east to get to from the airport. The rooms were clean and new, the shower pressure was perfect and their breakfast was great to get an early start on the day. The best part was the staff, they were very helpful and pleasant. From the moment we checked in until our check out: they were there to help us out. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for the location, cleanliness, and staff.
