"We arrived but couldn't check-in on time. The first receptionist told us that we'd have to wait 10-15 minutes from the check-in time. Then, we finally checked in, but our luggage was nowhere to be found even after 2hr of wondering about outside of the hotel. Afterwards, my husband went down to the reception and was told to look for the luggage himself because the first receptionist who told us the luggage would be right up had somehow lost the tag somewhere. The initial impression was not great, there were many customers to be served, but we didn't feel respected. However, I want to say thank you to this receptionist (sorry, forgot your name) for paying attention to our needs (that the others couldn't). Thank you for treating us a little champagne!"

"I booked Czar Lisbon to enjoy comfort and proximity to centre equally. My stay was pleasant and the hotel is 2 min from Metro station Anjos stop. Complimentary coffee and water were provided. The room was modern, clean, nice well lit double bedroom. Bathroom had hairdryer, shampoo and bodywash available. I didnt have their breakfast but it can be availed if needed. They offered 20% discount on lunch and dinner. Overall, a pleasant and recommended hotel."

"The bed is so comfy and the hostel is so clean and modern, could have been a hotel! Staff were lovely and everyone respected the kitchen and bathroom rules meaning it stayed clean and tidy our whole stay. One slight downside was the doorbell, even though all guests are given a code to the building, our private room was right by the entrance and when people pressed the doorbell through the night we could hear it ringing. Although it didn't wake my partner and I am a light sleeper so wouldn't let that knock the rating down!"

The location is ideal—within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to discover Lisbon without needing a Taxi/Uber/Bolt. The rooms are modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. While they are on the smaller side, they’re perfect for travelers who want a comfortable place to rest after a full day of sightseeing. If you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring the city rather than lounging in your room, this hotel offers great value for money. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. They were also very accommodating—when I requested a different pillow for better comfort, they replaced it immediately, and when we asked for mint to be brought to our room, they did so at no extra charge. Small gestures like these really made us feel welcome. Overall, Moon & Sun Hotel was exactly what we were looking for—clean, comfortable, and centrally located, with a high level of service. It’s a great option for couples or anyone who wants to explore Lisbon with ease while staying in a well-priced, stylish hotel. We would definitely stay here again!"
