"When I booked the room, I saw reviews saying that the reception staff were unfriendly to Asians, so I hesitated for a moment. No! This is a very friendly and comfortable hotel. The place is small but clean and the bed is comfortable! The Portuguese tarts for breakfast are better than the two famous ones outside~ Unfortunately, I didn't get to redeem the welcome drink. The staff are very nice and there is a very good Asian restaurant nearby (Royal Family)."

"First time staying in a Moov hotel and was very impressed, the location we stayed is not far away from the seaside and is also close to some food and shopping places. Hotel is bright, clean and spacious and our room is nice and comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast this time so can’t comment about it, the staff are nice and friendly too. If there is any suggestion to be made I would suggest they write a clearer introduction regarding how to open the room window, as both me and my boyfriend couldn’t figure out how to open the window and had to ask one of the room cleaners to open the window for us, which turns out to be after you turn the window handle 90 degrees you then need to push the window glass hard to get the window open 😅"

I stayed in suite 501, a nice space but poorly executed: air conditioning only in the living room, no air conditioning in the bedroom, and now in the summer, guests can't sleep because of the heat; and even if you leave the living room door open, the air doesn't reach the bedroom—it's a shame. The towels and bath amenities are low-quality. The suite balconies have never seen a broom or a cleaning cloth! The breakfast is like Ibis: tasteless products, a mess, and a lot of noise. This hotel's only worth it for its location; there are other true 5-star hotels on Liberdade Avenue!!!"

"Overall, it was pleasant, as it's fine for one night or a short stay. The reception staff were super friendly and efficient. However, the cleaning team leaves a lot to be desired. Check-out is at 12 PM, and we wanted to rest as we'd had a busy day. But they started cleaning before that time, around 10:30 AM, cleaning and talking loudly, which we could hear everything from inside our room. They even knocked on our door, trying to enter without us saying they could. I ended up leaving the room and spoke to the people involved. Given that we only stayed one night and it was 11:30 AM, we definitely wouldn't need towels or toilet paper, which is what she claimed she was going to ask about. There should be better communication with the hotel regarding this and the cleaning schedule. If they don't have enough time to clean all rooms between check-out and check-in, they should hire more staff or make check-in later, or vice versa. This specific part of the experience was very bad. The room itself was pleasant, despite the issue of being able to hear everything happening in the hallway. All these situations were brought to the attention of reception, and they apologized, which seemed appropriate."
