Ulasan Chateau on The Park - Christchurch, A Doubletree by Hilton

It’s a 36 mins walk to the city. It’s a nice quiet environment. The room is spacious enough.

We have arrived late but the hotel didn’t prepare the towels, tissues… we have to call the reception many times for the basic needs.

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at in New Zealand. Compared to other Hilton properties, the bed here was noticeably larger and more comfortable. I stayed in a twin room, and each bed was around 1.2 to 1.5 meters wide, whereas other hotels only offered very narrow single beds (about 0.9 meters). There was also plenty of space between the beds, which made the room feel much more comfortable. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also decent, making it a very convenient and pleasant place to stay overall. I would highly recommend this hotel — especially if you’re looking for a comfortable and restful experience.

The room was very tidy and the mattress was comfortable. There is a very nice little garden in the hotel and the front desk service is very kind. Overall a great hotel. 房间非常整洁，床垫很舒适。酒店有一个非常漂亮的小花园，前台服务非常友好。总的来说，这是一间很棒的酒店。

Has a short but great stay at Chateau on The Park. The check in process was seamless (and the complimentary warm cookie was delicious too). Great location with plenty of parking spot.

Location was good and the staff was friendly. Free car parking was available by the hotel which was not that openly seen in New Zealand. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Simply the best hotel in Christchurch!

A beautiful hotel with tropical / botanical gardens. Has everything you need, nice big park next to it. City center is not far; You can walk (20min) to it or 6-7 min by car. Enough parking places as well. Customer service can be improved overall.

Lovely property. Beautiful architecture. Location was suitable for our needs. Beds were a bit too soft, bathrooms a bit old and needs deep cleaning and updating.

I loved the roses in the garden. The staff were friendly warm and welcoming. The room was clean. Would appreciate better quality pillows. Sleep quality wasn’t that great.

We was staying second time at double hilton, the receptionist was nice they provide cookies when we arrived the hotel. the breakfast is nice and toilet is clean. I personally quite like their body and handcream is smell so good.

Lovely hotel, great service, nice meals in restaurant. Would definitely stay again.
