Ulasan Hanoi Golden Holiday Hotel

Pelayanan buruk dan hotelnya serakah. Lokasi jauh. Tidak ada sarapan.

The only set back is the window - too small They’ve upgraded our room to triple even though we’ve booked for a double with balcony - we would prefer the balcony

The room was sadly not cleaned (the towels were not clean in the bathroom) and the drawers were left with previous customers' belongings after checking in. It is not acceptable to pass the room under such conditions to your customers. A room that does the job turned out to be a room ruins the job. So please do look into the matter cautiously.

Pleasant hotel with basic amenities. Buffet breakfast is basic, but you can order additional eggs and Pho. Queen bed was gigantic, but only two uncomfortable pillows. Hosts were accomodating and put in an effort to assist tourists to see Hanoi. Construction from next door at 7am each day was a nuisance, but out of their control. Showers alternating scalding hot/cold also not ideal. Good value stay.

The Hotel location is near the night market area.There is also restaurant nearby. The size of the hotel room was quite big compare to other hotel in Hanoi.There’s a bathtub also. The staff we’re helpful and accomodating. Will recommend this hotel.

抵達飯店時，接待人員很親切的為我們提行李，並送上飲料止熱止渴。為我們辦理入住的接待員會說一點點的中文。房間很大，住起來舒適。飯店位置也不錯。

部屋は広くて良かったですが。エアコンが小さいあまり冷えなかったのが残念です。

처음에 호텔을 찾을때 주의 깊게 찾아야한다. 문은 항상 열려있고 방은 깔끔하고 침대는 넓~~~었다. ^______^ 이만대라면 언제든 온다.

직원들의 친절이 너무 좋았습니다~!! 그리고 위치도 너무 좋았어요~!! 다만~! 시설이 좀 오래 되어서 그것만 빼고 가성비 정말 좋았어요. 아~ 흡연이 제방 앞이라서 그건 좀 안좋았어요

굉장히 친절합니다 .... 그러나 개미가 침구에 잇어요 .... 그리고 화장실 문이 안 잠겨요 .... 조금만 더 노력하면 좋은 호텔이 될듯합니다 ....

不錯，附近就是古街，有好幾家米粉店。

1人旅で利用しました。部屋も大きく綺麗で、特に困ることがなかったです。場所も旧市街付近と観光にも最適でした！

我住的房間，除了洗澡的淋浴噴頭壞了，其它都很滿意
