Excellent family owned hotel The breakfast was in abundance very sweet owner beautiful women ( I’m thinking she is retired) we stayed across the hall from her room she gave me grapes 🥰 The reception staff are very helpful and kind in their manner The new build on the rooftop pool is something to see when it’s done I’m sure for the price a great stay and would stay again we did 2 nights Hires a scooter which is a must to see the sights go over the bridge great coffee shops and lots of buzz this area is alive with hotels but not many restaurants Overall a great stay

The pool was closed that was the major reason I booked this hotel and the breakfast was poor.. I don’t recommend this hotel but it’s cheap

I've been travelling Asia for almost a year and this is by far my favourite place. The staff are lovely, the swimming pool incredible with great views and is overall the perfect place for a healthy lifestyle. The value for money is next to none, includes a really great breakfast buffet (eggs, baguettes, sausage, water melon, beef stew, pancakes, sticky rice, salad tea, coffee etc) all are cooked well and very taste. Location is just a 5 minute walk from Sunworld theme Park. Can rent a bike directly from hotel. I'm returning in Jan for 6 weeks What else do you need to know, get booking But what ever you do avoid the family room (penthouse) that has direct access to roof top pool because thats mine 😘😂🙌

I often stay here with my partner. We love the cleanliness and quietness of the place. There’s also breakfast here. Food are always warm. Added to that is the friendliness of the staff and how they accommodate you. On top of that, there’s a pool where you can see the view of Halong Bay and it’s neighborhood. It feels like home away from home.

酒店前台有中文服務，這點很好，入住有免費早餐，早餐還比較豐富，酒店保潔員也很好，我們入住當天洗澡水溢出來流進了對面房間，不但沒有説我們還及時熱情打掃了，位置也比較好，離景區近，太陽世紀公園走路衹要幾分鐘，總體來説酒店服務無法挑剔的，除了房間約為小了點，其他都不錯

Хороший отель, бассейн на крыше тоже. Завтраки скромные, но в целом за такие деньги огромный шведский стол и не ожидала. Номер приятный, окна большие и открывается хороший вид. Помогли арендовать байк, всегда открыто отвечали на все вопросы. Из минусов, наверное, посоветую не бронировать через них автобус в другой город, лучше самим в приложении найти, а то получится, что заплатите больше, чем на самом деле будет стоить билет.

Отличный отель за свою цену. Неплохой завтрак с кофе. Не слишком удобно расположен, зато не шумно. Рекомендую.

在下單之前就參考了許多酒店，最終鎖定這家，因為硬件好，價格實惠，評價高。 果然羣眾的眼睛是雪亮的。 酒店位置:離著名的sun world halong park僅750米左右，周圍酒店，餐飲店多，交通便利。 酒店設施:3星級的酒店，設施完善，齊全，餐廳、游泳池、洗衣服務等都有，不過設施老舊，比如採用老套的鑰匙鎖。 標準房看不到風景，因為隔壁的牆擋住了視線。 酒店的服務:兩位前台工作人員服務態度好，英語好，入住，退房都很絲滑。 其中女工作人員能幫忙訂下龍市各景點的門票，而且有優惠。 而男工作人員會説流利的漢語，雖然夾壯嚴重，但可以溝通順暢。 如果去河內、芒街等城市還可以找他們訂票，價格肯定比旅行社實惠，本人已經探價過，請不必質疑。 酒店的餐食:十分意外，80多的房費竟然還包含早餐，而且早餐不僅不敷衍，而且很豐盛。河粉、法棍、水果、咖啡、茶、雞蛋蘑菇湯、煎餅、蔬菜沙拉等任君選擇，大概是按照餐標30元/人來準備的。 吃着豐盛的早餐，聽着舒緩的音樂，看着窗外，緩緩爬行的纜車駛像摩天輪，這種feel倍兒爽! 太陽下山後，還可以去樓上游泳。泳池、大海、藍天，白雲、樓宇、比基尼，風景美不勝收。 這麼好的入住體驗竟然才花了80多元，我一度懷疑80的前面寫少了一個數字1。買到即賺到，你還猶豫什麼呢？

前台服務極佳，幫我定下龍灣一日遊，又定去河內的車程，但現在22萬越南盾未付，如何補付費？攜程應該有彌補付費渠道吧？
