Ulasan Hôtel Volubilis

Lokasinya ok, sarapannya enak tapi tidak ada standar minimum untuk layanan kamar, tidak ada sandal untuk pelanggan !!!!!!! Ini adalah hotel bintang 2 atau 3 tetapi bukan bintang 4

Hotelnya indah! Ada balkon, halaman dan dua kolam renang yang indah Ada banyak pohon buah-buahan Tapi fasilitasnya agak aneh, Tidak ada ketel, tidak ada mesin kopi, tidak ada setrika, tidak ada sandal, tidak ada sikat gigi, hanya ada cangkir... Entah untuk gosok gigi atau air minum... Tapi dinding di atapnya mungkin terbuat dari plastik😭, dan suara berjalan ke atas terdengar sangat jelas! …sangat terpukul

We were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Volubilis. We hesitated to book the hotel because of some bad reviews about not having hot water and the staff being unfriendly (especially to Asians). But we decided to book anyways because of its location and quite affordable price. We were arriving to Fez at around 5pm, and we were told staying at the Medina wouldn't be worth it. Since we were catching a flight the next morning, we thought it would be more convenient to stay in the new city. So, despite some of the bad reviews, we decided to spend the night at Hotel Volubilis. Its location turned out to be great. It's right at the center and by the main avenue. There are lots of places to eat at walking distance and there are several Carrefours closeby also at walking distance. The staff was nice and they welcomed us well and took our request for a taxi to the airport in the morning. So, we have no complaints about the staff. Our room was big with a terrace. The room was old but clean. The terrace had no table or chairs, but it was okay. The bathroom was also big and we had no issues with the hot water. We showered at arrival and in the morning and water was hot and with pressure. The thing that we missed the most in the room was a fridge. Other than that, all good and acceptable. Though we agree with the other comments saying that this is not a 4-star hotel by "global" standards.

Fuyez cet hôtel . Nous y allions depuis de nombreuses années , et cette année , nous avons eu un « accueil » catastrophique. Sans compter le fait que les chambres ne soient pas du tout insonorisées (nous vivons avec les voisins) , la réception nous a harcelé , même de nuit (appel sur la ligne téléphonique de la chambre à 22h) car ils arrivaient pas à être encaissés depuis le site qu’eux mêmes sous traitent (chambre payée à l avance sur ce site trip) . Nous avons été appelé en journée sur nos téléphones, l hôtel nous demandant de les payer à nouveau une seconde fois et de nous débrouiller nous avec le site . Après 4j de harcèlement , nous avons dû utiliser notre propre téléphone (l hôtel refusant de les appeler) pour régler le problème. Je ai jamais vu une gestion si archaïque . Changez de réceptionniste et de directeur de réservation, c est un conseil .

酒店位於菲斯市中心最繁華的主幹道上，周圍各種餐廳很多，出行也很方便。酒店內部像一個花園，很漂亮，房間在摩洛哥本土品牌酒店中算是不錯的，就是設施很一般。飲用水竟然都不提供，晚上有蚊子卻沒有驅蚊設備。早餐品種不多，和涉外酒店不能比。總而言之，性價比算是高的，對得起價格。

On me réveille pour deux euros de taxe on m’a jouté et élevé le prix alors que booking annoncer un autre prix très déçu du service

Excellente nuitée dans cette hôtel très calme en plein centre ville proche de tous commerces.
