Everything is perfect in this hotel. Can't be more happier. We travelled with 2 kids and aim for the ski facility of appi kogen. The breakfast and afternoon are awesome. Also the staffs are very friendly. The outdoor onsen has a lot of ski and can see the whole sky of stars and moon. The room is very spacious and with great snow view. For the price we paid its definately way more than worth it.

Good, great hotel with great service

- The main thing is that the front desk is really exaggerated! It's really exaggerated! We asked her to book a restaurant and told her the name, date and number of people, and confirmed it several times, but she actually booked a barbecue restaurant for us that she "thought" we should go to. Luckily we confirmed again, but the second time she booked the wrong date, and the third time she booked two people instead of three. After communicating several times, she made several basic mistakes. I couldn’t stand it anymore. I wrote down the restaurant, date and number of people, but she still booked the wrong date and told us it’s ok😂 Our friends who were traveling with us finally couldn’t stand it anymore and said to her it’s not ok. It wasn’t even an insult. She cried in front of us😅 - The hotel started to have a power outage at around 6 o'clock, and then there was no hot water until almost 11 or 12 o'clock in the evening. I could only take a shower at that time, and it was almost 2 o'clock when I finished washing and packed up. The breakfast in the morning was not allowed to be delayed. I was not allowed to eat until I requested it, and there was no apology or compensation. This hotel is really expensive. . Especially in a small place. . - There are other rude things, like telling my friend that the wine in the wine cellar is very expensive, which is contemptuous. . Maybe they think we are guests staying at Crown Plaza? As a high-end hotel, this is not the way they should treat guests. They should be polite to everyone. . He gave me a nice look when we met again at Teppanyaki. . By then we were ready to file a complaint. I'm too lazy to talk about the rest. They ask you to sit down for breakfast and then ask you to change seats when you want to eat, etc. haha The hotel is too new, so you have to be mentally prepared to go there. The price is definitely not up to par with the service, and it feels a bit like paying for something.

The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent! As we were leaving, my daughter became upset and started crying, but a staff member noticed and casually handed her a small stuffed rabbit as a present. This is a room with a balcony on the first floor. It is not as good as the 68-square-meter large room, but it is affordable and you can play in the snow on the balcony. Book a shuttle bus from Morioka to the hotel from the official website, 1,800 yen/person, and must be booked two days in advance. You can also contact the hotel to arrange a pick-up, 30,000 yen round trip. InterContinental has only one restaurant on the first floor. Dinner must be reserved in advance. The Japanese and Western set meals are 20,000 yuan/person, which are very exquisite, and there are also a la carte meals. You can also go to Crowne Plaza for dinner, and take a shuttle bus to eat outside. There is an internal passage leading to the ski resort. If you don’t need to borrow skateboard equipment, InterContinental has a door directly leading to the ski slope, which is very convenient. There is afternoon tea every day. Watch the time. There is no tea after 3 o'clock.

He was very concerned about our friends who broke their legs and gave us three cups of Bamboo He 21 years old. Hahaha, what a generous girl! However, you have to go to the Crown Hotel next door for meals, and you have to book in advance. Ambi is good in everything, but it is not very convenient to eat.

Appi Kogen IC is still awesome. This is my fifth stay since it opened. The stay spans spring, summer, autumn and winter. The best thing is winter. The snow is good and the hotel is awesome. In addition, summer is also good. The ranch next to it is also open, which is suitable for leisure. I told the hotel that I am a diamond ambassador member, and the room was upgraded (68 square meters), and all the ambassador member benefits were superimposed. It's super awesome. I will go skiing in January. Appi IC is indeed the leader of IC in the Northeast region. ps The hotel provides a pick-up bus from Appi Kogen Station to the hotel, which is very convenient.

There are not many tourists coming to Appi Kogen Resort, but it is worth visiting specifically for this hotel. The only comment is that the hotel's service does not feel at the top level, and the service staff's initiative is average.
