The hotel is near to the city centre, rooms are nice and comfortable. The sauna & spo is just boss.

This place was amazing and the location was perfect

The hotel was a bit far from the city center but peaceful and close to the beach. The breakfast was fantastic and the room was clean.

The hotel has very poor water quality. The tap water has a strange smell and is not very clean, making it difficult to wash hands and shower properly. Additionally, the bathtub's water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold, which is very frustrating. However, aside from this, everything else is great. The location is close to the subway station, and the staff are friendly and courteous.

We stayed for 4 nights to attend the Spanish Grand Prix and could not have been more impressed. The hotel was super clean and modern, the check in process was fast and all hotel staff were friendly and polite. Our room was very spacious, and the fridge was really handy as we were taking packed lunches to the F1 each day. There was also a microwave & kettle. The bathroom/shower was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. It was a little noisy (from outside the hotel) but it was 24th June celebrations so I think any hotel would have had some noise given all the crackers/fireworks going off! The room was cleaned to a high standard each day, and the location of the hotel (right in front of the Forum T4 tram stop) made it really easy to get to the bus station to catch the bus to the circuit de Catalunya, as well as to get into the city on the other days. It is also a couple minutes walk from Diagonal Mar mall, which was useful for grabbing food. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Hello everyone My experience in this hotel was amazing the staff is very welcoming and helpful the room is very clean and practical the views on the roof is wonderful i like it so much.

對SB Diagonal Zero4酒店及其服務的十分失望。我們通過Trip.com預訂了四晚。遺憾的是，體驗遠未達到預期。 到達時，我們被安排在807房間，宣傳上顯示有海景。然而，實際的海景非常有限，大部份海景被前面建築物遮蓋，網站上的圖片似乎具有誤導性。此外，我們還遇到了馬桶衝水問題和水槽堵塞的問題。 在第一晚，我們請求更換房間。工作人員向我們保證可以在第二天早上到接待處辦理。然而，當我們早上到接待處時，被告知技術人員會到我們當前房間處理問題。他當着客人的面前處理水槽堵塞問題，水槽內大量頭髮污垢，令人頭皮發麻。當技術人員要求我們在房間等待新水槽蓋時，我們重申了更換房間的請求，工作人員隨後表示我們可以打包行李，並放在接待處及稍後領取新房間。 在晚上7:30返回時，我們被告知沒有房間可換，要求我們繼續住在原來的房間。這種矛盾的信息和缺乏溝通不可接受。 此外，工作人員在整個過程中表現出不專業的態度，對我們的投訴和整體體驗缺乏關心。 總體而言，這次在巴塞羅那的經歷令人失望，造成了我們時間和資源浪費。希望酒店能認真對待我的反饋，並努力改善未來對客人的服務。

酒店的位置還是非常好的，門口就有公交站，地鐵也不遠。理財。整個乾淨程度也是可以接受。就是會有一些吵，因為隔音效果並不是很理想。其他房間關門，都會波及到自己房間的這個門。

Hotel 位置有點遠每天坐地鐵去市中心都要半小時，housekeeping 清潔很隨便，衞生紙用完了也不補充，打電話去前枱過了半小時都沒送上房，再打電話也沒人接只好親自下樓去取廁紙，顯然人手不足。
