Compare with other buidlings nearby, Chen Beach Inn is much modern and pretty. Overall my experience in this hotel was good.

酒店接機一趟收15美金!而且在機場等很久很久,要等到人齊了才有!房價還可以,就是早餐太差了!前台服務小哥態度很好!酒店出門右轉後面很多吃飯的

Very unorganized hotel. Lack of any communications. I asked through both direct emails and 3rd party booking portal for airport pickup but never got response. When I finally did research and decided to go by myself through taxi, they showed up at airport and insisted to pick me up there with surcharge. It is fine for charging, but please don’t do unexpected charges like this especially when customer tried to plan ahead. Also we asked for transferring us back next day to catch up speedboat. They did poor communication to the next representative again, and send us to the airport late so boat has left. We wasted our full day to arrange the transfer. Staff are actually friendly if you ask them, but they aren’t very helpful to make your trip smoother. Room-wise, it is very dim in bathroom. Can’t do cosmetic daytime, or shower at night. Hot water went out for 3 mins. We found roaches at floor. There’s also left clothes from last guest. Broken outlet for hair dryer. I didn’t expect much given the price and this for quick transient stay only, but confusing guest and make their trip delay and wasted vacations can be a very serious problem.

I stayed for. 3 days 2 night! I love this hotel so much , the room such a huge room that I ever find in hulhumale , so clean and the service from the staff was amazing and warm welcome from Gaiya one of their staff since I came until I leave from that hotel he was treated me so well. I wanted to come back again on April. Thank you so much Chen beach inn hotel!!

Pros: decent sized room, clean and relatively new. Very helpful and willing staff. Helped us get in touch with our island resort and book taxi following morning. Cons: The view out of our room was a building in construction so I kept the curtains drawn. The soap might have been left from previous customers, I used my own that I took. Breakfast wasn’t so good. Coffee is instant powder. I found the hotel‘s corridors had a bad odour. Recommendation: start breakfast before 8am, invest in a coffee machine and use some air refreshners throughout the hotel.

Wonderful ocean view room with balcony. Very spacious. The people who work there are very nice. The food options were surprisingly very good. I recommend the chicken noodles and chicken curry. The only con would be that the bathroom is very dim. It would be nice to have a mirror in the room since it’s dark in the bathroom. Would definitely return.

I don't recommend this hotel at all. the design of the hotel can be a bit better than the others but after all they are all small rooms. so I figured service matters more. maybe I shouldn't expect any service from the staffs... but I would just say this hotel is overly priced than the other hotels with the same price with better service along the beach.

Unless I asked to exchange towels with fresh ones, they didn't do that. Moreover, unless I asked to give me free bottled water and complementary tea bags or coffee etc., they didn't give me. They never came to my room to clean and make a bed during my nine-day stay. If I asked to do whatever I wanted, they would do it. On the other hand, the stuff were friendly and if I asked something, they would do. I hoped them to clean and exchange towels, leave bottled water etc. without asking. About the shower, hot water came out only at the beginning for a few minutes, and then the water wasn't hot enough. The hot water at the beginning was too hot to take a shower. I could hear even the sounds of plates and people's talks. If you don't mind the noise and asking to do something, the location is good. The Inn is in front of the ocean. Since the price of the room was affordable, I could endure. If you ask to pick you up in advance, it cost $20. but when I asked a taxi from the hotel to the airport, it cost only $10. Since I didn't take any meals at the inn, I bought food at some restaurants and ate in the room. If someone wants to save money, this is the good way. I think I only spent under $100 for the nine days without the accommodation charge. When I asked to pick me up at the airport, I didn't get any answer from the Inn, but a driver came to look for me to pick me up. I wished they would have given me a reply.

Stayed in this hotel for twice for 2 different categories. First time was the Seaview room and second time was the economy double room. Rooms are spacious and the design are excellent. The hotel is quite new! And the price is really reasonable! Most of their staff are not good at English, but those who not good at English are more friendly, polite and have service minds than the one who speak fluent English! I understand this is a guest house and do not expect they will provide any good service but basic. However, the check in service provided the male staff who speaks fluent English was horrible. First check in was the Seaview room. I went a bit early so they asked me to come back at 14:00 for check in. So I went back to hotel at 13:45. As there was no on at all at the reception, I just sat down and wait. Then this local gentleman came out from somewhere inside, did some work at reception desk and then just left without asking if I need any assistant. He did not even look at me for the whole time! Really!? Someone sitting at the reception and you don't even border to check why!? Even you don't check why, but greeting to your guests is the very basic manner, isn't it? how can he just fully ignore me!? Then my second check in was unfortunately done by same gentleman. I arrived a bit late because of my late international flight. During check in, I tried to ask him a question, he did not even raise his head up to look at me nor answer it. Just silent and "concentrate" on his work! wow🙄! Good concentration! Maybe he just did not hear me🙄🙄. And of couse, the whole check in procedures were without any smile😔 . Smiling to your guest which I believe is quite basic for hospitality.🤔 As for the room, the Seaview room actually is amazing, but there were maintenance issues when my friend and me check in. The 2 out of 3 lights inside the toilet was not working, and the rain shower neither. The staff who attended to my issue was not good at English, for what I understand was that the issue can only be fixed when we check in with them next time😳. And the economy room has a weird smell came from the drain. but once close the toilet door, it's all right. And one more funny thing was, this hotel staff may call you at the late evening to check your next day's check out time. We received a call from their reception at 23:30 to check about that! and then right after we cut the call, we heard our next door room phone was ringing. I believe it was for the same matter. Really? Calling in the middle of the night to border your guests is your hospotality? To be very honest, if you just need a room to stay in Hulhumale, and not caring any provided service, this actually is a very good hotel! Don't hesitate to choose it! And I do like their big room and the design! But if you expect to have at least a basic and respectful hospitality, then this place is not for you.

This hotel is very new. Perfect for a short Hulhumale stay. It is right at the beach front. There is a dive shop right around the corner if you have a day or two. Rooms are clean with amenities such as fridge and tv. The bathroom is clean and new. There are shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Staffs are nice and helpful. They can arrange transportation for you from the airport. Breakfast was not bad.

It was very surprising to know there is a 15$ charge for the check in before 1400hrs even if the room is available. Despite , I would like to thank u all ur staffs! I stayed many hotels and so far the employees at your property are very kind. Always smiling. Keep it up and see u guys again. Special thanks to the receptionist girl Isha? (hope im correct ) who assisted us very kindly from the moment I made the booking.

糟透了的酒店體驗,毫無隔音效果,晚上10點多還能清晰聽到樓道里人爭吵和此起彼伏的砸門聲,吵得人頭疼。 房間裏的小冰箱被隱藏在櫃子裏,幾乎很難打開門,冰箱運行起來的聲音也超級吵,夜裡不得不關閉冰箱電源。 房門沒有安全鎖,加上夜裡樓道的混亂程度,嚇得我們不得不用椅子和行李堵門。
