Got a room at 1/F only … as a person who comes back this much and still don’t offer high floor is disappointing. Prefer quiet room away from elevators. Hopefully next time can have better option. Breakfast buffet was very average

Hotel looks elegant/posh, smells good. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Amenities with charges except pump shampoo/conditioner/showergel/hand soap. New policy 3% tax to be paid on top of room rate. Room is clean and aesthetic but smaller than expected for 3 persons. 3person room smaller than other hotels. It’s hard to arrange luggages. Forgot to take photos of room but about 1 foot space for walking placing our things.

It was a cold evening when we arrived as a late check in returning from China Trip, the Staff are super nice and courteous, we are being upgraded to a family room as shown on photos thou just 2 people living for the night, the other connecting room overlooking sea view with the sofa. Amenities are good enough, I m So used to shower caps as it’s not provided in most hotel (HK Law go green no use of plastic) the rest of the basic amenities are all provided ! The stay is very pleasant! Thumbs up 👍

Great accommodations! Location was great too! There was an overhead bridge linking the hotel and the MTR

Reasonable price, great location & front desk customer service. Only issue this time is the outside morning cleaning sound, bit louder than usual.

Hair dryer is too small! Room floor clean is not really good.New hotel in a good location,some room can see the ocean

Good hotel, has a sheltered path to the Fortress Hill train station. However we got a room right by the lift and it could get really noisy at times. Very clean and friendly staff.

It may be a bit difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel if you go to the hotel by MTR/bus. If you go by taxi, the taxi driver should know how to get there. However, once you know how to enter the hotel, it should be convenient to get there by MTR/bus. Convenient location.

An excellent hotel with beautiful decor and very good, friendly and helpful staff service. In a nice location close to the east coastal park and around 5 minutes walk from the metro. Highly recommended.
