Service was great. Breakfast was basic not fancy but good enough. Love the location right across from a busy shopping mall.

千萬不要去住！ 服務：不給打掃房間，後面明確告知前台，需要daily服務，照樣還是不給打掃，去問前台要是否有投訴熱線，告訴我沒有，前台黑人女的眼神能**，我説都告知了還不打掃，他們擠眼態度很拽的樣子，一會讓人去，你有啥事嗎？一句道歉都沒有。打掃房間也是就把廁所垃圾倒了，地上還有紙，他們跟**一樣，就當看不到！ 早餐也很一般，沒有我在其他酒店吃的好！ 房間也很舊，噪音很大！

住一週衹打掃了兩天，且被偷了錢，臨走那天才發現，因為沒證據衹好算了。 入住當晚凌晨1點到酒店，説沒有我的訂單，我後面三個人walk-in都直接進了房間，經理卻跟我説沒房間了，好在攜程幫忙找到訂單順利入住了。 這家酒店我是不會再住了，服務人員也非常冷漠，總之體驗很差。

位置比較偏遠，房間還算寬敞，服務態度還行。早餐一般，選擇太少，價格比其他地方都便宜一些，性價比還行。

比預想的要好 還有咖啡機 不錯

Hyatt Braintree is well positioned with lots of dining options and convenient shopping. The hotel feels new and the reception staff are very helpful. It’s certainly not a romantic getaway hotel as it’s very noisy and it’s surprising how thin the walls are - which is quite unfortunate. The breakfast options also need to be reviewed rather than scrambled eggs and potatoes every single morning, perhaps include waffle maker or mini omelettes and sausages like Hampton Inn does.

I arrived at the hotel on time and my room was not ready I had to wait two hours because they allowed late checkouts. Then my room was never serviced the next day I arrived back to the hotel at 730 pm after visiting my sick mother and found my room not cleaned . I did bring it to the attention of the staff and they ignored it. I always stay at this hotel when visiting my mother and never had an experience like this. It was loud and noisy when kids running in the hallways at night while I was trying to sleep and this was at 11 pm. I was never compensated for the inconvenience. No apology at all. Then another night music playing at 1:00 in the morning. This is wrong and was wrong.

I always stay here for business and always have a great experience. Friendly staff, clean rooms and public areas and a fantastic breakfast. The only thing I wish was different is that breakfast started at 6:00am rather than 6:30am.

Everyone was super friendly and breakfast was always great and loved the variety! Room was clean and well organized! Only negative thing was for a 5 night stay we only had room service one time come by. We had to go to the front desk to get more towels etc, and the day room service came by they didnt knock or say house keeping. But other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Look no further if you want a nice clean friendly place !! We loved the location . Close to all parts of Boston

Really enjoyed staying here. Didn't enjoy the party in the room above ours. So loud we finally had to call at 1030pm

Great stay. Very clean & very good breakfast options. Shea, at the front desk, is the sweetest & most personable staff member ever! Great location to restaurants & coffee.

Clean and lovely rooms. Decent FREE breakfast and free parking. Close to intersection for easy travel. I’d definitely go back. I was very pleased with my stay and the facilities.
