Ulasan Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino

We came there on Friday about 30 minutes before the check In time. Had to wait almost 3 hours to get into room due ti a water line break. Had dinner reservations that we almost barley made it to. They did not offer any kind of compensation for this and was upset because of it. My wife had an appointment for a massage and had to be canceled also. Other than that trip was great. Great views

Pool and spa was closed. No compensation was awarded in return.lady on reception was not so welcoming.

The room was clean and large, the amenities are ok if a bit dated. Some cons: there was a hidden $20 “resort fee” that is charged as part of your holding deposit that is not refunded. Each time you enter the hotel you have to cross the casino floor and potentially produce ID. There isn’t much nearby in the way of shops, restaurants, etc. They even charge you for bottled water, so best to bring your own or get some from 7/11.

I have to wait for my room even they said to me that thay will contact me till 18:00 pm.. but notthing happen. I need to go to check by myself.

Really close to everything. Nice views from the Hotel. The Hotel is so tall you can see it everywhere!! Rooms were good size and beds were comfortable. 😃

Fun evening with Family & Friends. Great selection at Buffet, and vey tasty! Didn’t come away a winner unfortunately!

What a perfect place to call home while visiting beautiful upstate New York amidst the majestic Niagara Falls!! From arrival to departure, it was utmost perfection!!Thank you & we look forward to a return visit in the near future!!

We both thought that this is a good hotel. and excellent value. We won't hesitate to choose it again if we go back to USA side if Niagra Falls (although we prefer the Canada side overall). Seneca Hotel has good rooms, comfortable beds, good sound proofing. It's not very new, but it's still quite good. There is a big casino attached to the lobby. Our only complaints would be that the hallways sometimes smelled of cigarette smoke. I wish smoking was banned, but it's understandable that the hotel wants to welcome all customers. Also the bedsheets were not the softest.

Great fall view, Good service, and room is clean. Self parking fee is cheap and receive package fee is only $5
