Kamarnya terhubung dengan teras pandang, dan ruang keluarga sebenarnya 2 kamar yang saling terhubung. Fasilitasnya sudah tua tapi sangat bersih. Ketelnya ada di luar koridor. Orang Eropa tidak minum air panas dan ketelnya berkarat. Resepsionis tutup setelah jam 6 sore, jadi check-in harus dilakukan sebelumnya.

This Hotel seriously surprised us for a Boutique Hotel. The moment we walked in we were greeted with a very high quality service and great explanation of the hotel and the city. We were also given city WiFi and public transportation pass courtesy of the Hotel which came in really handy during our stay! The breakfast buffet was very good also. I will defiantly come to this hotel again!

I recently stayed at the Cascada Hotel for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located very near the train station, just a 5-7 minute walk away, making it an ideal choice for travelers looking to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city center. The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly helpful, even lending me an adaptor for my phone charger when I needed one. The amenities were also impressive, with complimentary use of the hotel minibar, including tea, water, coke, iced tea, and more—something most hotels do not offer. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants, adding to the convenience of the location. There's also an on-site restaurant known for its Spanish menu, which is definitely worth a visit. My room was kept clean every day, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time at the Cascada Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service, excellent amenities, and a peaceful yet convenient location.

The location of the hotel is a little far from the station. Very friendly staff, gave my daughter a welcome gift when checking in, she liked it very much. When we checked out, they helped me bring the luggage when they saw me with my daughter alone. The room is warm and comfortable, the room size is also suitable, the water and drinks in the mini bar are free, and the hotel also gave free bus coupons to tour the city. Our whole family likes this hotel very much.

My recent stay at Cascadawas simply fantastic! From the warm welcome at check-in counter which exceeded my expectations.

parking needs reservation, I came and they informed me no parking available, had to park at the nearest garage. rooms are a bit smaller then standard. I was on the seventh floor there was a nice view on the mountain. location is a 10 mins walk from the center

Fantastic and had a great stay after a long-haul flight! Able to get the early check-in for rest before I started my journey, the location is good too, close to the station with McDonald & Starbucks, coop nearby!

Room space is not sufficient for family and room price with breakfast is quite high.

This is a boutique hotel, very nice and everyday refill welcome drink, pretty hotel and warm and friendly staff. We love the stay in hotel, we stay 3/29-4/1/2024 for 3 nights.

Hotel is clean and leverages on technology to manage the main door, lift and room door accesses. Room is a little small but still good enough to put 1 large luggage. Toilet was clean and bed was comfy. Mini bar was included, which was nice. Service was good, staff were friendly and breakfast was not bad too. Location may not be as convenient as other hotels directly opposite the train station (around 10-12 min walk from the train station), but the hotel itself made up for it. Famous places of interest like the Chapel bridge area was about 15-20 min walk away, but the walk/route was safe and nice, hence it was still manageable. Would definitely recommend to those who don’t mind walking a little bit to the train station as it really is a clean and comfy hotel.
