Service is above standard, proactive and helpful! No Bar or meal available after 10pm, May have to improve as airport hotel.

I wish I had known that room service would be closed before booking this hotel because I would have booked somewhere else considering how out of the way and difficult it was to find decent Western food in this area. I was feeling a little off my first day here due to having gotten a Pfizer Vaccination in Bangkok the day before, and I didn't want to leave my hotel room however when I tried to call room service no one answered, when I called the front desk they told me there would be no room service until Monday. Otherwise, the hotel was great, I think they might have given me an upgrade because my room had a surprise balcony (which I definitely made use of). The pool and gym were decent and the staff at the pool were excellent and even loaned me a swim cap because I hadn't brought my own. The hotel was very nice and clean, as can be expected at a Holiday Inn, and the breakfast was varied and delicious offering several foreign breakfast options.

That was awesome hotel, I really liked their service and hospitality. All staff were friendly and helpful in all aspects. They make you feel like your home, and I would like to appreciate that. I highly recommend this hotel for any guest passing through Guangzhou, and I wish I had some more days to stay. Pick up from/to airport was on time, with professional drivers assigned!

酒店位置與白雲機場25分鐘左右，中轉的最佳理想休息酒店。酒店雖然有一些年頭但是維護保養還是不錯的，酒店周邊有居民區吃飯買一些日常品還是很方便的。特別要感謝酒店前廳部的Vivian，Christine兩位的熱情服務和詳細介紹，由於外地出差對廣州不熟悉而且在機場附近更不熟悉，通過兩位的詳細介紹讓我瞭解了對於接下來的行程如何安排和計劃。同時還要感謝James在我離店時對我的幫助，不僅幫忙聯繫車輛還幫我搬運我的很多行李。十分感謝酒店的這三位同事。

前台服務很好，酒店很不錯，特別點贊Vivian，cary，非常熱心貼心，下次還來。

機場接送及前台服務很優，還被升等到了套房，早餐很好，整體感受超過了預期，下次住機場附近的酒店還是會選富力空港假日酒店

整體都算滿意，環境，房間，衞生，服務都可以，就是入住的時候總是拿不到房卡，每次都要跑一樓去請工作人員幫忙開門這點體驗比較差！ anyway好評吧！ 酒店對面就有吃飯的區域，就是比較貴！

升級的行政套房，很不錯

我在這裏出差，一共住了三天，感受特別好！ 第一天接待我的是一位男士經理姓蔡，服務很到位，説話很好聽，感覺酒店附加值瞬間提升了。 第二天接待我的前台經理是姓楊的女士，落落大方，氣質好，人很漂亮，禮節到位，聲音甜美👍 房間也特別寬敞，空調很涼，舒服😌 可見，酒店管理有方，培訓到位👍
