Close to Narita airport for our last day before fly back home. Easy n free shuttle bus from and to airport. Spacious room for 3 adults. Bright lighting in room, bathroom, nice compare to other hotels.

Great location and very convenient! The hotel is very close to the airport, which makes it perfect for transit stays. It has full facilities, including a convenience store and a cosmetic store right inside the building, which is super handy. You can also take a short ride to Naritasan Shinsho-ji葨参道 and enjoy their famous grilled eel rice, highly recommended!

It was a right choice to had Narita tobu hotel. The front desk check in is fast, room are spaces, free shuttle bus transfer to and from airport, to Aeon Mall and the Narita JR Station. It was a wonderful stay.

Although you can walk quite easily to this hotel in about 20 minutes, the road layout is confusing, so I’d recommend using the free shuttle bus. This is a good hotel that is also used by airline cabin crew so it has to maintain certain standards. The breakfast is good value for money, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. Nearby there are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance too.

good location and hotel for a transit stay, closest airport to narita. possible to walk to terminal 2 and 3 but if carrying heavy and bulky luggage, suggest to take the airport to hotel shuttle bus.

Great location, very close to the airport, bus provided from and to the airport. Room is big enough for 3 guests. Buffet is available for dinner.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be very conveniently located near the airport, which was a major plus. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was incredibly helpful and made our travel much easier. However, the room's facilities were quite dated and not properly maintained. The air conditioning panel did not work as expected, making the room uncomfortably hot and stuffy. We had to request an electric standing fan to make the room bearable, which was quite disappointing. On a positive note, the hotel does offer a free shuttle service to a nearby mall, which was a nice touch and added some convenience to our stay. Overall, while the location and shuttle services were great, the condition of the room left much to be desired.
