The room is amazing. Clean room and great room service. They fulfilled my request even in the middle of the night. Location is perfect, able to get to queen street by just a couple minutes of walk.

We were really looking forward to our stay at this hotel, which is new, has a very central location, is very clean, and has a very-well equipped gym. These features were greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, we encountered a few issues that affected our experience. Despite booking for three guests, our room was only prepared for two, and even after requesting additional amenities, they were not fully provided. The in-room phone was also not working, making it difficult to communicate with the front desk. Housekeeping seemed inconsistent—our room was not thoroughly cleaned after the first night, with some items left out of place and the trash not emptied. Additionally, when ordering a breakfast box for an early checkout, we were surprised by the lack of flexibility in food choices, as we could only remove items rather than substitute them. A bit more understanding from the staff in handling such requests would have been appreciated. Lastly, we noticed that some of the buffet food tasted stale, and one of our family members felt unwell afterward. We’re not sure if this was an isolated incident, but it was a bit concerning.

Location is good, yet the AC didn’t function well, window view is blocked by another building. There is no coffee machine available in breakfast buffet, an extra cost would be charged for a cupuccino.

The holiday is nice and will book again if we visit. The restaurant is good

really wonderful experience here near central business district

Spent two nights from Christmas Eve to Boxing Day. While the view and buffet were a bit underwhelming, the room conditions and staff service were excellent overall.

Very modern room, spacious and nice decor. Coffee machine provided. Big fluffy towels and robe. Friendly reception and concierge staff. SkyDrive station is directly across the street. Very convenient to/from airport for just NZD20.

Nice hotels

Hotel was booked for my wife and her mother who were visiting friends in Auckland. They found the hotel was deserving of its 5-star rating and liked it very much.

Excellent hotel

So comfort with all the kits such as toothbrush, slippers. All the shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc are antipodes. With expresso cap and bottle of water. Nice

New build so everything is clean and in good working order. Water, coffee, slippers and toiletries included Staff are professional and not sloppy like so many other so called decent Auck hotels. Good restaurant.

The hotel is nice and clean. Very spacious. The location is super convenient, it’s right opposite the airport shuttle bus station. Staff are very polite and friendly. Very good!
