It’s my second time stay in this hotel, staff very friendly and support everything I need , room is clean location is good to SM mall and walking street. But if your room face to street there have a club the bass will bother your sleep

The room is clean and well-maintained, but they don’t clean it without my explicit request.
Their restaurant offers reasonable prices for breakfast, but the most expensive steak breakfast is disappointing. The steak is thin and hard, despite my request for medium-rare. It was cooked well-done instead.
I plan to return in March or around that time.

I really like this hotel and will always stay here when I visit Angeles City. This was our first visit back after the pandemic and we loved our stay.
Although there was an intermittent humming sound like a generator every few minutes all day and night I didn’t complain or request to move rooms. I sleep with earplugs in anyway. The upstairs bar is now closed which is quite sad and the restaurant no longer allows you to charge meals to the room.
The only thing I really didn’t like is that they allow smoking by the pool and at all seating areas outside. At one point there was even someone smoking while actually in the pool. They also allow people to watch videos and play stuff on loud speaker from their phones and iPads. For me, one of the best features of this hotel is the pool area but smoking and loud speaker’s really ruin the ambience. I hope management change this.
For me the hotel hasn’t changed much and is still best place to stay in Angeles City. Location is fantastic and I really like the pool and restaurant. The rooms are a great size, big comfy beds and the staff are really nice and friendly. I’ll definitely continue staying here when I visit and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable bedroom. Hotel has a great location within easy walking distance of the nightlife adult zone, The hotel restaurant provides mainly a meat based menu - very few options for vegetarians of pescatarians.

My main issue is that the aircon didn’t work in several rooms.
I had a late flight so I booked the room for the night before. I arrived at 3am, checked in and went out for some drinks. I came back at around 6:00am, put the aircon on and fell asleep. I didn’t notice the aircon wasn’t actually cooling the room because I was so tired I just fell straight to sleep.
I woke up a couple of hours later and I was very hot. I spent around 45 minutes trying to see why the aircon wasn’t making the room cold. I then called the reception to say the aircon wasn’t working. They sent a maintenance engineer who claimed he fixed it. I fell back to sleep but the aircon still wasn’t cooling the room.
Before I went out to breakfast, i went back to reception and explained that the aircon still isn’t working and they again sent a maintenance engineer to take a look.
I came back from breakfast and put the aircon on but it still wasn’t cooling the room so I went back to reception again. They wanted to send an engineer again to take a look but by this time I was exhausted, barely slept and annoyed that the aircon still wasn’t working after telling them for the third time. Therefore I told them to give me a different room.
The general manager came and changed me to a different room and said that they are in the process of changing the aircon units in the rooms and he knows they are substandard. He apologised and said a brand new aircon unit would be installed in my room the following day and he put me in a different room - a slight upgrade but one which was also directly facing a very noisy nightclub.
The aircon in the new room, although slightly better, also wasn’t very good and it wasn’t cooling the room properly so I asked for a fan. The receptionist said they do not have fans and again sent an engineer to the room who claimed the aircon is cold and working. But although cold air was coming out of the unit, in my opinion it wasn’t cooling the room like it should. Eventually they gave me a fan which helped keep me a little cooler and slightly drown out the noise of the nightclub.
The new aircon unit on my original room was installed two days later and I returned back to that room the day after it was installed.
This hotel used to be great and I have stayed here several times over the last 10 years, usually for a week at a time, but on this occasion I did not enjoy my stay at all. I have trips to Angeles planned for September and February however, sadly, I will be looking for alternative hotels to stay at after this experience. Paying for and staying in a room with substandard aircon during the hottest month of the year just isn’t for me.
There were other issues such as calling me an hour before checkout to remind me to checkout which I found quite pushy, holes in the bedsheets, towels not quite clean, and signs everywhere highlighting extra charges but these are not deal breakers for me.
There are also positives such as we really like the pool and breakfast.

I would rate this hotel 2 out of 5 stars. The location is close to pubs and areas that may not be suitable for business travelers. Additionally, the hot water supply was faulty during my stay, which was quite inconvenient. I would not recommend this hotel for professional visits.

Clean large rooms within short walking distance to Angeles‘ infamous Walking Street. Parking directly at front of house. Good secure feeling, lots of serbice personnel. Highlight is the large (and also deep) pool in the garden which stayed open to 10pm. Definitely a recommendation!

The place in location is pretty nice. It's like a 2 minute walk. From walking street.. They have a pool that's open until 10 PM. And a restaurant located inside the lobby. However, twice. Now i've had a pick up with booking through trip dot.com. This is okay however the staff Has blame this on the customer twice in my opinion. It's not the customer's issue. If the booking agent and the hotel have issues, they need to service the customer and not leave them hanging. I'm torn on this review. Because I really enjoy the location and the rooms. They're actually pretty clean and the pool is actually really nice. However, the constant issue with blaming the customer for issues that aren't our issues? We are here for vacation or to have a good time, not be hassled with booking Issues that isn't our fault. The staff seemed little scared to adjust and make changes on their own.I heard the owner is german and they're very strict about things of that nature. I've stayed there at least five times three out of which i've had no issue 2 I have

I prefix this review by saying that i have state and love this hotel in the past. As for now..Totally disgusted with this place because the manner in which they are run. i requested pickup service from the airport. I was never told about a charge for the pickup service i was told during a garbald's home conversation that there would be a 600 pesos penalty if i do not show. I arrived for the pickup slightly later than intended by the delay of an air flight. Upon arrival I was told that I would need to pay 600 pesos. The problem is not in the money the problem is in the principle of it no one in this world provides service and ask for money after without telling the price first. I stayed in this hotel several different occasions I have had problems with the staff yelling at me and getting upset at me because I asked for extra towels or I asked for cleanup service rather than just tell me that it was an extra charge for that which I accept no problem the problem in this trip was that I was charged for something where I was never told that I would need to pay for it and upon talking to the shift manager and the hotel manager I was informed that I was totally in the wrong because I had canceled one trip because I accidentally input the wrong days through trip.com. I assumed that because it was already past midnight on the 23rd I should put the night of the 24th that was a mistake on my part I quickly canceled and rescheduled the manager proceeded to blame me for this and tell me that it was my problem which shouldn't have any bearing on me paying for the hotel pickup. When you have a value customer who has been in the same hotel several times and always gets the most expensive room for the most part you don't try to argue with him about something so petty but the manager continued to cite instances where I was in the wrong even though his receptionist was the one that explained everything to me where there would only be a charge if I did not show. I would say the swimming pool is the best thing about this place. The toilets rarely flush correctly the showers are clogged up so only a few of the nozzles actually let out water, there are very large cockroaches in the lobby the ceiling fan makes a horrific noise when operating. And I ended up getting sick because of the air conditioning filter not being cleaned

Has everything u could need in a short or long stay hotel friendly staff and the food they have in the restaurant is very good and reasonable priced
