Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. First time in Radisson, the territory was lovely, breakfasts were more than enough and I got the reservation for a sweet price. Worth trying and staying, felt good there.

If was an amazing stay, quiet little area in Phan Thiet. If you wanted a nice relaxing stay this is the perfect location. Downside it is quite far from Mui ne and town center.

Great accomodation

The hotel room was beautiful. The hotel had a private beach which unfortunately had litter so I couldn’t swim. The beach area was nice to just relax all day. The hotel also had a heated pool which was nice as Vietnam was a little chilly when I visited. The location really sucks if you want to do the sand dunes. It’s too far and you end up paying way too much on transportation. The breakfast was ok and had a variety of dishes. The coffee could use upgrading. The reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Overall the stay was good.

The hotel itself, its territory, infrastructure, the villa where we lived - we liked everything very much. The interior design is stylish, quite minimalistic, attractive. It's not for nothing that bloggers and young people always came there to take beautiful photos. But outside the hotel it's just awful: destroyed or abandoned houses, piles of garbage everywhere. There are no shops, only small benches. The nearest city Phan Thiet is a 20-minute drive away along the road through wastelands and a cemetery. There are small cafes that look a little dubious surrounded by general poverty and desolation. Apparently, even before the pandemic, a large-scale construction of a tourist area with amusement parks, a water park, a safari park, restaurants and shops like Vinpearl began there, but all this died out and now stands like a ghost town. There are very few tourists, and in general there are very few people there. The Movenpick hotel is nearby, another Novotel was supposed to be built and a bunch of unfinished housing. In short, in 10 years, if everything is restored, it will be a cool area. But now I would not recommend going there. There is garbage everywhere, it is simply everywhere, the locals do not care about it at all, they live in it, eat in it ((((. When you enter the hotel grounds, it is as if you are in another universe - clean, well-groomed, beautiful. But the Vietnamese are not ready for this level of hotel, you can feel it. Their beach (a narrow line in front of the hotel) is poorly cleaned, there is a lot of small garbage in the sand. I am not even talking about the coastline, where a lot of garbage is washed up from the sea, it all lies there. When you walk along the coast, you are simply horrified by how much garbage there is and how they live in it. Cuisine: only the buffet breakfasts are tasty, quite varied, since there are not many people in the hotel, there is always enough space for everyone in the morning. But as for the main menu - complete crap. I don’t know why this is so, it seems like the service, and the presentation, and the products are fresh, but all this is extremely strange in combination and completely tasteless. We took accommodation with breakfasts and dinners, because we were afraid that we would not find a place to eat nearby. And we did it in vain, because then we sat and choked on this tasteless food. Dinners are a choice of sets by days of the week, or by cuisine (European, local, etc.). Also on the last day of our stay we decided to celebrate and ordered the most expensive BBQ set of meat and seafood, especially since the waiter praised it so much. Very expensive and very tasteless, we threw half of it away. In general, the kitchen spoiled the whole impression of this wonderful hotel. The result: terrible location and absolutely tasteless cuisine (except for breakfasts). We had a villa by the sea - and this made our stay in this hotel.

In the last two days of our stay, the room was cleaned at around 4 pm, which is not convenient. The hotel grounds are well-groomed, but the water bodies need improvement. The breakfast is normal but without much variation from day to day. You can punish things for chips, but only 2 per day. This is a nice bonus, although it is not very convenient to wash two things at a time and resent someone else's things being washed first. We were on vacation as a family. - - - the hotel is located in an undeveloped area. The big minus is garbage. As soon as you leave the hotel, garbage is everywhere. The same problem is on the hotel beach. The hotel employees systematically clean the area of ​​the hotel beach, but the dirt and garbage that is immediately outside the hotel still ends up on the beach and in the water. The hotel administration should solve the causes of this problem, and not just deal with its consequences, which do not stop. That's why I give 2 out of 5 for cleanliness. Cleanliness in the hotel - dirt on the sea. But guests go to the sea first of all! There are swimming pools and clean rooms all over the world. The sea and the beach are the main thing! Another minus is that there are no entertainments and activities in the hotel. The only entertainment was the New Year's show, which made a positive impression, we were lucky that we caught it, because we left the hotel on January 29. All other days - no entertainment. There is no transfer to the city. Despite the fact that there is nothing to entertain in the hotel, the issue of a free transfer to the nearest city has not been resolved. You have to get there yourself by bus (which is very inconvenient) or by taxi, which is relatively expensive. The minibar in the rooms is paid, water is free. If you bring a bottle of water from the room to the restaurant, they will count it and ask you to pay at the restaurant price. Also, if you buy a drink outside the hotel (in the hotel restaurant the price is three times more expensive than in the shop across the street), you will also be asked to pay for it. Such unpleasant trifles and attitude towards guests spoils the whole impression of the hotel. In general, we can conclude that the hotel administration should not only train the staff, who work very conscientiously and are very friendly, but also pay attention to management and solving pollution problems, active recreation and review the pricing policy considering the location of the hotel. I do not plan to return. Thanks to the service staff!

The location is too far from the main tourist attractions and there are no activities around. The room is clean, but the towels are dirty and the toilet flushes poorly, the swimming pool is very dirty. The reception staff is friendly, the pool staff is friendly, but the restaurant staff at lunch and dinner hours are not friendly. No food advice for guests. The breakfast is good, but the lunch and dinner are of poor quality, especially if you book a room for 3 meals. The Vietnamese food is not outstanding and too salty, the western menu has strangely small main dishes. The main plus point is the clean beach. And the common space is very good and beautiful, but many of the furniture in the room is degraded but not well maintained. There are no bags for guests to go to the beach. The biggest minus point is that there is NO DESK, either in the room or in the lobby or any other space. Can't work in the room because there is no high table, the staff asked to work in the restaurant while everyone was eating and joking, in general, if the price is cheap, it's ok, but if the price is high, you shouldn't come!

The room is clean and tidy, and the details are stylish! The service staff is very thoughtful. It happened to be the child's birthday that day, and the hotel specially prepared a small cake. It was full of details and was great!

The hotel itself is good, but the location is just crap. There are no normal cafes nearby. Opposite the hotel there is a bike rental at inflated prices for dead bikes. The beach is nothing special and this is willingly hidden by the hotel. It takes about 30 minutes by taxi to get to normal restaurants. So think carefully before going there. This is not Turkey, where you can sit in a hotel.

The reception staff is irresponsible and disregards customers. Very rude.
