시설은... 타슈켄트랑 사마르칸트 다른 저렴한 숙소랑 비슷하거나 그 이하입니다 근데 위치가 굉장히 좋고 뷔페도 다양하더라구요 위치하난 좋습니다

Мне понравился этот отель. Он прекрасно расположен - в самом центре. Просторный номер, в номере тихо. Удобная кровать, очень разнообразный завтрак, прекрасный персонал. Отличная уборка. Да, его нельзя отнести к категории люкс, то он комфортный для проживания и посещения города.

酒店位置非常好，處於市中心，到哪裡都很方便，還有地鐵站，早餐對於一箇中國胃來説也很友好，可以吃到麪條和湯！不錯👍，下次還會選擇

В целом все отлично: расположение, чистота и главное, очень старающийся персонал. Минус, пожалуй, только один - это переделанная советская гостиница, с маленькими некомфортными лифтами, стандартно-советской планировкой и т.п.

總體不錯對面是劇場。可以沒及時入住酒店耽誤了半小時，酒店沒打掃出來。

We are touring The 5 Stans plus Turkey, and these are the nicest accommodations on the trip. The hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at. AND THE SERVICE HERE IS THE BEST. I don’t think there’s this level of service anywhere I have ever stayed. My room is nice and large with a nice view of the pool. The bed is comfortable. The tub is big enough for me to use (I am 6’7”). The temp controls actually work. There’s a little balcony. Ruslan in the bar took such good care of us. Since there are only 4 people on our tour, we were able to change our itinerary to spend more time at the hotel. This is a definite oasis in the middle of a rather rigorous 24-day your.

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful Lotte City Hotel l. The staff were wonderful and always there to help us. Hotel is full of all amenities that you will need. Pool, gym, spa, salon and travel guides. The hotel and restaurant were immaculate. We can’t say enough about this hotel and stay. Great location and central to everything in Tashkent. Look forward to our next trip.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay in Lotte. The hotel itself was opened in 1958 and is an iconic building in Tashkent, from which most of the city's key sights can be accessed. Special mention to Front Office Manager, Nizom, and the rest of his team who helped make our stay such a memorable experience. On our final day in Tashkent, I had already arrived at the Tashkent railway station when I suddenly discovered I had left some valuable items at Lotte hotel. I rushed back to the hotel to retrieve these items and was met by Nizom who drove me back to the railway station in his own car. This helped me make my train connection and really sums up the professional and proactive attitude we encountered from all Lotte staff during our stay. We would strongly recommend Lotte Tashkent Hotel to other visitors to Tashkent.
