Hotel du Parc Hanoi Reviews

Hotel room is nice amd clean. Front desk staffs provide very good servicr starting from check-in. Breakfast is quote delicious with different choices. One of the best hotel in Hanoi where I stay all the time.

Very good location and very good service

Comfortable room and convenient location (near old town and Hang Co train station) is the reason I chose this hotel

The hotel is good and very mice service, we are visiting for the vietnam expo, so far so good

The hotel itself is nice but the description was incorrect. It did not have a lakeview. There isn't a lakeview anywhere in the hotel. I booked it because it had a lakeview and even paid for the upgrade. When I brought this to their attention they did not care and would not cancel my reservation or refund any of my money. There was mold in the bathroom all around the tub. It had holes in the curtains in the room. You could tell they were very old. The lobby is very nice and the bellman are very helpful.

Hotel previously known as Nikko Hotel.. Most taxi drivers are not aware of new name. Hotel caters mainly business travellers, not suitable for tourists unless they have private car to move around town. Hotel room Facilities are clean but old. TV is 24" LED TV without Internet connection for YouTube or Netflix. FujiMart supermarket is across the road.

When I arrived at the entrance by taxi, a hotel staff member came immediately to collect my luggage and greeted me with a very pleasant attitude. The front desk staff were Japanese, so I was able to check in very smoothly and they also helped me exchange money. It was about a 10-minute Grab taxi ride from Hoan Kiem Lake, but it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was delicious! If I go to Hanoi again, I'd definitely like to stay here.
